For shared use: property 600 m2, swimming pool (10 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking. Shop 700 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop, pebble beach 300 m, rocky beach 50 m. There are no dogs on the rocky beach below the holiday house allowed.

Amazing view / not clean / bad parking

The view from the balcony and the infinity pool are amazing. The apartment was dirty. The bathroom is tiny and dated. . Parking is on a very rocky slope in front of the appartement . linnen change is once a week, that should not be an issue, but only one shower towel per person is supplied? Great restaurant (Martina) in walking distance

Thanks for your review. As advertised, the linen is changed once a week. Usually all customers receive a large and a small towel. If something is missing or does not quite meet the wishes of the guests,, they are invited to contact the key holders on site or us and we will take care.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mir toller Aussicht

Toll gelegene Ferienwohnung mit Pool direkt am Meer . Wir konnten sogar Delfine beobachten, vom Balkon aus . Schlafzimmer mit neuen Betten und Möbeln.Das einzige Negative ist die Küchenausstattung zB 2 kleine Löffel für 4 Personen ec . Da müsste etwas mehr Wert gelegt darauf gelegt werden.

Die Lage ist ein Traum!Die Wohnung an sich ist eher veraltet und die Reinigung war auch nicht die beste. Trotzdem haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen!

Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles ...

Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles was man für den Urlaub benötigt, ein traumhafter Ausblick rundete das ganze noch ab. Das direkt am Haus eine private Badestelle vorhanden ist war auch sehr gut, jedoch ist diese nicht für Kleinkinder zu empfehlen. Die Hausbetreuerin ist bei Fragen auch eine sehr gute Ansprechpartnerin, welche weiter helfen kann. Reisetipps: In der Stadt Senj kann man sehr gut ab abends bummeln und entspannen. Toller Hafen und ein Muss für jeden ist der Besuch der Burg Nehaj, welcher zugleich auch interessant ist. Speisen mit tollem Meerblick ermöglicht einem das Restaurant Martina, welches von der Unterkunft nicht weit entfernt ist genauso wie der Steinstrand welcher zwischen Unterkunft und Restaurant liegt.
