Shop 700 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop, pebble beach 300 m, rocky beach 50 m. There are no dogs on the rocky beach below the holiday house allowed.

A nice place overall

Good: Fantastic view. Landlord is really nice and helpful. Restaurant Martina is close to the apartment, and is pretty good. The pool was nice and clean at the beginning of our stay. Could be better: It is sometimes hard to find a parking spot. And the neighbors on the road are pretty hostile, if you park on the road, in front of their houses. The pool was pretty dirty and the end of our stay. The kitchen could really need some more equipment. A Dish brush, a bread knife and a dish cloth would be nice eg. There are no parasols by the pool or on the balcony. That is a big problem. The balcony gets so hot when the sun is shining on it, that it is almost impossible to sit and enjoy the view, before the sun goes down. I really hope they fix that, because that will make a big difference.

Ferienwohnung mit niedrigem Standard!!!

Wir waren zu dritt mit Hund 2 Wochen im August 2023 in dem Ferienhaus mit 5 Wohneinheiten. Die Wohnung ist spartanisch eingerichtet, in der Küche fehlt es an Gläsern, Tassen, Tellern, Besteck usw. Ein ordentliches Geschirrset kostet nicht viel! Im Bad ist Schimmel, ganz besonders viel in der Dusche. Die Betten waren soweit okay, die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer war abgegriffen und speckig an vielen Stellen. Die Klimaanlage kühlt zwar das Wohnzimmer, aber nicht den Rest der Wohnung. Auf dem Balkon sind die Rattanstühle total kaputt und es gibt da keine Liege und keinen Sonnenschirm, also tagsüber unmöglich den Ausblick zu genießen. Auch am Pool ist kein Sonnenschirm und deshalb kaum nutzbar. Der Ort Senj ist sehr schön, auch die Umgebung ist für Ausflüge gut geeignet. Die Besitzerin sollte mal etwas in die Wohnungen investieren und nicht nur kassieren.

Fantastisk udsigt i fin lille by.

OK lejlighed med de ting der skulle være. ret slidt og rengøringen var ikke efter danske standarder, men acceptabel. Pool blev desværre kun gjort ren en gang på de 14 dage og udenosmarealer blev hverken fejet eller vasket på de 14 dage så der ret beskidt til sidst. Vi brugte afsatsen nede ved havet meget da havet er skønt.

Anfahrt recht easy Küstenstrasse nicht störend - Strasse bzw. parkplatz bei der unterkunft eher nicht so gut restaurant martina 5 min zu fuß erreichbar hat eine super küche fisch war köstlich- balkon getrennt mit sichtschutz die aussicht sowohl direkt von beiden Zimmern als auch vom balkon ein traum meer super sauber zum schnorcheln ideal
