For shared use: property 600 m2, swimming pool (10 x 3 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.). Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking. Shop 700 m, restaurant 400 m, bus stop, pebble beach 300 m, rocky beach 50 m. There are no dogs on the rocky beach below the holiday house allowed.
"Marina", 3-room apartment 53 m2, on the ground floor. Renovated in 2019: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. No heating option. Balcony. Balcony furniture. View of the sea. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

Sehr ruhige Lage

Wir waren positiv überrascht. Die Wohnung war sehr nett und die Größe war ausreichend. Pool war super, der Meerzugang war mal was anderes aber hat mir total gefallen.

Schöne Aussicht

Die Aussicht vom Balkon, der Pool und der direkte Strandzugang war super. Das Apartment hätte deutlich sauberer sein können. Ich hatte einen Tag vor Anreise angerufen, ob es möglich wäre, schon um 15:00 einzuchecken, was bestätigt wurde. Am Tag der Anreise angerufen, geht doch nicht, muss erst sauber gemacht werden. Als wir dort ankamen, empfing uns die Vermieterin, musste jedoch ihr Eis erst aus unserem Gefrierfach und ihre auf unserem Herd kochenden Kartoffeln entfernen. Neben unserem Apartment war ein privater Raum, der als Wäschelager und Küche der Vermieterin fungierte. Von hier zog ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch in unser Apartment. Vor unserem Apartment lagerten Stühle, Wäsche, Reinigungsmittel und im Gang zu den unten liegenden Apartments hing die ganze Zeit Wäsche zum trocknen, an der man sich vorbeischlängeln musste. Kein einladender Anblick. Die Wohnung war nicht wirklich sauber (Spinngewebe, Staub, Haare und teils schmutziges Geschirr). Um in das Städtchen Senj zu gelangen, muss man mit dem Auto fahren, da an der Küstenstraße kein Bürgersteig ist. Resümee: Wunderschöner Ausblick, Wohnung ok. Für uns kommt dieses Apartment jedoch nicht mehr in Frage.

tolle Aussicht, schöne Wohnung im EG

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Leider waren zu wenig Liegen für die 6 Wohnungen vorhanden, dies sollte auf alle Fälle verbessert werden. Unsere Wohnung lag im EG mit einem tollen Blick auf das Meer und den Pool. Unser Balkon war zwar sehr lange, konnten dort nicht frühstücken, was bei den kleineren Wohnung möglich war. Das unschöne war noch, dass von den Klimaanlagen (wir hatten 2) jeweils Schläuche in abgeschnittene Flaschen liefen, die wir dann selbständig ausleeren durften.

Sauber, gigantischer Ausblick.

Eine sehr schöne saubere Ferienwohnung mit einem gigantischen Blick auf das Meer. Schnorcheln und Angeln direkt vor der Haustür. Wir konnten einmal sogar direkt vom Balkon Delphine beobachten. Was will man mehr. Die Frau des Hauses hatte immer ein offenes Ohr.

Unser Urlaub war traumhaft schön. Die Unterkunft, der schöne Ausblick, das blaue Wasser vom Meer, der Pool uvm. haben dazu beigetragen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Hebben net een mooie vakantie achter de rug in Kroatië. Appartement was mooi in orde en een prachtig zicht. Het enig minpuntje was dat je maar 1badhandoek en 1 kleine handdoek kreeg voor 1 week, je moest de hele week dezelfde handdoek gebruiken.
