Ruhige gemütliche Unterkunft
Sehr freundiche Vermieter, ortskundig. Ruhige Lage mit schönem Garten. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt.

Schöne Lage aber ...
schöne Lage, großes Haus mit vintage Mobiliar, Küche sehr dürftig ausgestattet, alles sehr sauber. Schöner Kleiner, schöner Garten vor dem Haus. Aber: die Energiekosten sind nicht wie angegeben im Mietpreis enthalten sondern nur in der Höhe von 3 EUR pro Tag: am Tag der Abreise zeigte uns die Tochter des Vermieters unerwartet eine Rechnung über EUR 98,- für den Gasverbrauch für 7 Nächte: das Problem, es läuft alles über Gas (Heizung, Warmwasser d.h. Dusche, Geschirr spülen)

Die Unterkunft ist recht einfa...
Die Unterkunft ist recht einfach, aber man hat einen schönen relativ geschützten Garten und einen sehr netten Vermieter, der Deutsch spricht. Das Preis–Leistungsverhältnis finde ich sehr gut. Uns gefiel auch die Lage des Hauses. Schön abgelegen, aber nicht völlig einsam. Reisetipps: Man kann ans Meer fahren und in die Alpen und an den Fluß. Außerdem kann man vom Hause weg schöne Spaziergänge machen und hat interessante Orte in der Nähe: St. Daniele, Udine, Spilimbergo.

Sehr schönes Haus, relativ ein...
Sehr schönes Haus, relativ einfache Möblierung, aber sehr sauber und alles Erforderliche vorhanden. Außerordentlich netter Vermieter, der gut deutsch spricht und bei allen Fragen freundlich zur Verfügung steht. In diese Unterkunft würden wir wieder hinfahren. Reisetipps: San Daniele ist eine nette Kleinstadt. Unbedingt ansehen sollte man sich Udine und Spillimbergo.
