Private: property 350 m2, garden (not fenced) with lawn. Patio, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant, café 400 m, bus stop 200 m, grass beach 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 4 km.

Gutes Haus, Lage in Ordnung
Das Haus ist in gutem Zustand, um zum Meer zu kommen muss man allerdings eine kleine Strecke zu Fuß zurücklegen. Außerdem ist der Strand kein Sandstrand sondern befestigt. Man kann allerdings mit dem Auto in die nächstgelegene Ortschaft fahren um zu einem Sandstrand zu gelangen.

Bis auf Kühlschrank und Herd ist es in der Küche o.k. Die Kautschgarnitur könnte bei Gelegenheit erneuert werden, ist zum längerem Sitzen unbequem.

Alles ist geordnet, sauber,gute Zimmer Aufteilung, gute Lage, etwas weit vom Meer.
