Typisch Toscanisches Haus
Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet,aber es ist wirklich alles da,was man braucht.Auch wenn alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ist,das stört nicht,weil das Haus soviel Charme hat.Die Terrasse ist einfach herrlich mit Aussicht auf Scrofiano und auch der grosse Garten ist zum Entspannen perfekt.Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auf jeden Fall.Einzigster kleiner Wehrmutstropfen war das Hundegebell aus der Nachbarschaft.Tag und Nacht in unglaublicher Lautstärke

Schöner Urlaub
Das Haus und das Grundstück sind wirklich empfehlenswert. Man ist für sich und hat genügend Platz und Natur um sich herum. Es gibt viele tolle Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Die Loggia ist das Highlight. Die beste Pizza (der Welt) gibt es in Sinalunga in Pizzeria La Regina. Der Vermieter (F.) ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage.

Wir hatten als Paar nur die obere Etage mit der schönen Loggia. Guter Standort für viele Ausflüge in die Umbegung inkl. das angrenzende Umbien. Sehr nette Vermieter

Inzwischen zum 10ten mal gemietet war es wieder eine große Freude. In etwa 1 Stunde kannst Du die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Toskana / Umbrien erreichen. Der Ausblick auf Scrofiano Altstadt / Cortona ist einfach ein Traum. Im nahen Sinalunga kannst Du alles kaufen ---die Geschäfte /Supermärkte haben teils auch Sonntag / Feiertags geöffnet. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Bellissima casa di campagna dotata di ogni comodità, soprattutto di uno splendido giardino, perfettamente attrezzato, con tanto verde e possibilità di autentico relax. Stanze e bagni ampli e comodi, puliti e ben arredati. Gentili e sempre disponibili i proprietari. Unico neo, in mancanza di wifi, connessione altalenante, con difficoltà soprattutto per la TIM.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in den drei Wochen.
Der Rundumblick von Loggia und Balkon in die typisch toskanische Landschaft war traumhaft, vor allem auf den kleinen Ort Scrofiano, zu jeder Tageszeit. Wir haben den großen Garten mit seinen verschiedenen Sonnen und Schattenplätzen, herrlichem Oleander, Lavendel und die Ruhe, abgesehen von gelegentlich vorbei fahrenden Fahrzeugen ,
genossen. Das Haus ist sehr praktisch ausgestattet mit allen alltäglichen Dingen.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren sehr gut. Selbst in dem kleinen Scrofiano gab es einen Alimentari mit Bar und eine Poststation in einem Privathaus.
Verkehrstechnisch gesehen konnten wir alle für uns sehenswerten Orte gut erreichen.
Die Hausbesitzer waren sehr nett. Sprachlich gab es keine Probleme..

Die Lage und das Umfeld ist so...
Die Lage und das Umfeld ist so wie man sich die Toscana vorstellt. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Haus ist gemütlich und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Alles was man benötigen könnte ist vorhanden. Die Loggia ist ideal für lange Sommerabende, herrliche Aussicht! Zur kleinen Straße hin die zum Dorf hinaufführt ist das Grundstück eingezäunt, also auch kein Problem mit Hund. Reisetipps: Tipps für Ausflüge: Monte San Savino, Pienza und Montichiello und jede Menge anderesin nicht allzu weiter Entfernung.

Wir hatten herrliche Tage im Ferienhaus Podere Casino. Das Haus ist wirklich gut ausgestattet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt. Der Stil ist typisch italienisch. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind nett und unkompliziert. Und der Garten ist einfach toll. Jede Menge Platz. Reisetipps: Das Haus liegt richtig gut für viele Unternehmungen. Im Umkreis von 45 Minuten Fahrzeit gibt es jede Menge zu sehen und zu unternehmen. Wir waren in Arezzo, Perugia, Trasimeno See, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Crete Senesi,... und auf einigen Märkten der Umgebung. Im Nachbarort Sinalunga gibts jede Menge an Supermärkte und der Wochenmarkt am Dienstag ist sehr zu empfehlen. Im Alimentari in Scrofiano gibt es alles Notwendige und in der Bar unbedingt einen Aperol Sprizz trinken.

Das Haus ist schön gelegen und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Man muss allerdings gewillt sein kleine Aufgaben wie das Abwaschen selbst zu übernehmen. Die Zimmer haben z.T ein wenig KInderzimmercharme sind aber funktional völlig OK und bieten ausreichend Platz zum Sachenverstauen und zum Rückzug. Besonders schön die Loggia, die wir viel genutzt haben, zumal wir prächtiges Wetter hatten.
Im Garten gibt es Hängematten und Liegen nebst Auflegern, sodass man richtig gut ausspannen kann.Diverse Kulturangebote sind gut erreichbar.
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir wurden mit Feuer im Kamin empfangen und konnte auch sehr leckeres Olivenöl von ihnen erstehen.
Wir werden sicher wiederkommen.
