Beautiful house "Plan du Vas", surrounded by meadows and fields. 4 km from the centre of Valréas, 14 km from the centre of Grignan, 18 km from the centre of Nyons. Private: property 2'000 m2 with lawn, roofed, parking, single garage. Shop 4 km, bus stop "Gare routière" 3.5 km. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
"Plan du Vas", 5-room house 135 m2 on 2 levels. Practical furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Floor heating. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Oil heating. Terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison spacieuse et agréable à vivre, bien chauffée pour la période des fêtes !L'environnement est très calme, et le grand jardin agréable, avec vue sur le Mont Ventoux au loin.Valréas avec tous les commerces nécessaires est toute proche.

Maison spacieuse

Maison spacieuse, grandes chambres, vue imprenable. Propriétaire charmant. La seule petite critique serait le manque de vaisselle et poêles et casseroles à changer. Oui il manque la wi-fi mais la 4G passe très bien. Pas de piscine...ok mais le prix serait différent aussi. C'est la deuxième fois que j'y retourne et toujours tout aussi bien. Belle région et beaucoup de choses à faire et à visiter.

Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit liebt, für den ist das Ferienhaus optimal. Und die freundliche Unterstützung durch die Eigentümer, die auf dem Nachbargrundstück wohnen, ist auch perfekt. Das eigene Auto ist absolut notwendig. Auch gibt es keine WLAN Verbindung in das Internet.

Superbe séjour

Un séjour au top. Et un propriétaire très gentil. La maison est très propre et bien positionnée au milieu des vignes. Pas mal d’endroits à visiter autour comme Grignan, Vaison, Aiguebelle et le mont ventoux à 30min environ. Le Wifi a cependant manqué à la famille surtout pour les enfants. Même si en contrepartie nous avons pu puiser sur le partage de connexion…Je recommande cette location sans hésiter .

Dieses Haus war kein Haus, son...

Dieses Haus war kein Haus, sondern ein Feuchtbiotop. Überall tummelte sich Ungeziefer auf verschimmelten Wänden und die Mäuse waren von einer Größe, wie ich sie noch nie gesehen habe (oder waren es Ratten?). So, jetzt hoffe ich, dass uns niemand mehr beieiner weiteren Buchung in die Quere kommt ;–) .Nun ohne Spaß: Ein ganz tolles Haus mit äußerst freundlichen Vermietern. Alles passte, alles stimmte (die Beschreibungen) und alle Gerätschaften funktionierten (na gut, die Dosenöffner nicht).Zwei Dinge haben wir aber noch:1. Es müsste ein Portal für Vermieter geben, wo sie ihre Mieter beurteilen können. Wer ist so doof und stellt ungespültes Küchengerät wieder in den Schrank? Viele Tricks und Einrichtungen der Vermieter deuteten darauf hin, Inventar vor Schaden zu bewahren.2. Wer mit der französischen Art der Betten – Decke + Laken – nicht klar kommt (so wie wir), der sollte sein eigenes Bettzeug mitbringen. Reisetipps: Hier kann es nur einen Tipp geben: Alle Sinne öffnen, damit Land und Leute den Weg zueinem finden können. Für die weniger wichtigen Dinge kann man das Internet befragen.

Wunderbare Gastgeber. Der freilaufende Hahn ist unser guter Freund geworden. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist Sat TV Programm nicht möglich. Die Unterkunft entspricht der Beschreibung. Wir haben uns bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Reisetipps: Der Freitagsmarkt in Carpentras . Die Jahrhundertalten Dörfer Tauglinan und Venterol sind eine Fahrt wert und nicht weit weg.

Ruim huis, mooie omgeving en fijne huiseigenaren

We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in dit huis; het was ruim, ligt mooi (zeker met de Mont Ventoux op de achtergrond) en behalve het gekraai van de hanen 's ochtends, is het er heerlijk stil. De vriendelijke en gastvrije ontvangst kwamen er ook nog bij - we hebben dus genoten!

Super séjour au milieu des vignes

J'ai loué la maison du 1er au 15 août 2021 pour y accueillir ma famille puis mes amis. La maison est spacieuse, calme et fonctionnelle. Elle est restée fraîche malgré la canicule à 38 degrés que nous avons traversée. L'absence de piscine n'est pas un problème grâce aux rivières alentours qui offrent des oasis de fraîcheurs et de supers airs de jeux pour petits et grands. La maison ne présente aucun danger pour pour les petits (vaste jardin bordé d'un chemin où très peu de voitures passent). Investir dans une chaise haute, serait un vrai plus pour les familles avec bébés. La proximité du poulailler a été très appréciée des enfants (possibilité de nourrir les poules). Cuisine fonctionnelle qui mériterait d'être un peu plus fournie en vaisselle, verres etc... La machine à laver est un peu fatiguée et la télé devrait être changée pour un écran plus moderne. L'absence de wifi ne nous a pas dérangée, la 4G passant très bien. Enfin, les propriétaires de la maison qui vivent juste à côté sont vraiment adorables et accueillants. Je recommande donc vivement cette maison que je n'exclue pas de relouer l'année prochaine.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal dort und es war wieder sehr schön. Lage zwar etwas abseits, aber man hat seine Ruhe und viel Platz. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein und die Matratzen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Sonst waren wir mit allem zufrieden.

Sehr ruhig gelegenes großes Ferienhaus. Sehr schön eingerichtet mit allem was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Eine Badewanne und ein Gefrierschrank waren auch vorhanden.Zuvorkommende Vermieter, die Diskret auf dem Nachbargrundstück leben.

Das Haus ist schön groß und gu...

Das Haus ist schön groß und gut aufgeteilt, bietet genügend Platz. Dazu ist es praktisch aber hübsch eingerichtet, die Küche bietet alle Möglichkeiten, jeden zu bekochen und zu versoregen. Besonders schön aber ist die geschützte Terrasse mit Blick auf den Mont Ventoux und die herrliche Lage mitten in Wein– und Lavendelfeldern.Wir haben die Zeit dort genossen, hatten eine sehr liebenswürdige Vermieterin, bei der man gleich auch frische Eier der eigenen Hühner erwerben kann. Das Objekt ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, man muss aber wissen, dass Trubel und Aktionen weiter weg sind, wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Reisetipps: Vielfältige Möglichkeiten, vom Kennenlernen der Landschaft um Grignan und Dieulefit, über Ardeche Schlucht und den Mont Ventoux, bis zu Städten wie Avignon und Orange, die Ausgrabungen in Vaison la Romaine sowie den versteckten Schätzen des Luberon.

très belle propriété

logement conforme au descriptif, parfait pour 8 personnes, très bien équipé. propriétaires très sympathique, et discrets. Dommage pas de piscine mais celles de valréas et nyons sont parfaites . Boulangerie du centre ville à 5 kms, le leclerc à 6kms, Beaucoup de choses à voir ou à revoir( 15 jours de locations sont le minimum); Festival du corso de la lavande et troupe ukrainienne au top en août. mont ventoux à 1h15, l’Ardèche très proche, avignon à 1h15, Vaison la romaine 20', nyons à 15', nombreux marchés régionnaux! Le soleil et le vent pour rafraîchir. région toujours aussi belle , merci M MME ROUSSON
