In the district of Dorum-Neufeld 6 km from the centre of Dorum, 20 km from the centre of Cuxhaven, 20 km from the centre of Bremerhaven, 800 m from the sea. For shared use: children's playground. In the complex: restaurant, bar, sauna (extra). Shopping facilities, boutique, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Central parking spaces. Für drei Nächte war das Putzergebnis vorab zu tolerieren. Recht oberflächlich. Alles andere perfekt. Bei längerem Aufenthalt würden wir vorab "nachputzen". Sonst alles prima. 🤗

Aber leider müssen wir Abstriche machen wegen der Kopfkissen und Zudecken. Die Kopfkissen hatten ihre nutzbare Zeit schon lange überschritten und manche Zudecken waren für die Jahreszeit zu dünn. Sonst war das Haus sehr gemütlich, sauber und es war alles da was man braucht. Sehr positiv war auch, dass viele Spiele für alle Altersklassen zur Verfügung standen...das Angebot haben wir mit viel Spaß genutzt. Die Anlage selbst ist mit den kleinen Häusern sehr nett angeordnet. Fazit: empfehlenswert

Sehr schönes Haus

Ein sehr schönes Haus in einer guten Ferienanlage, es ist mit allem ausgestattet und zusätzlich noch vielen kleinen Dingen für einen entspannten Urlaub. Im Gartenhaus sind sogar noch mehrere Grills vorhanden. Die Betten sind bequem und alle für Erwachsene geeignet, das war uns wichtig.

Die Unterkunft war voller Spinnweben, so daß ich am Ankunftstag zunächst die oberen 2 Schlafräume die Decken und der Boden abgesaugt werden mussten. Die Spinnen und Spinnweben haben uns täglich begleitet. Das Ferienhaus hat sehr unangenehm gerochen. Es war kein Ort an dem man jeden Tag gerne zurückkehrte. Das Geschirr war teils schmutzig, auch dies musste zunächst gespühlt werden. Unter das Bett und Sofa schaute man am liebsten nicht. So hatten wir Socken vom Vorgänger unter dem Bett.

Alles warf sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns sofort in dem Haus wohlgefühlt. Für die Kinder war viel Platz zum Spielen. Zu Hause angekommen wollten sie sofort wieder hin.

Das Haus hat eine gute Lage und ist für 6 Personen gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit Tochter und Enkeltochter (1 Jahr) für 5 Tage da. Etwas störend war, dass die Therme im Bad sehr laut war und heftige Knallgeräusche machte.

Wir waren vom 31.10. - 04.11.2021 in Ihrer Unterkunft. Leider mussten wir mit Erschrecken feststellen das Ihr Haus sehr in die Jahre gekommen war. ( alte Einrichtung, altes sehr verstaubtes und unangenehm riechendes Sofa) Keine gründliche Reinigung unter diversen Möbelstücken ( Betten, Schränke, Tisch & Eckbank) Unser Sohn fand sogar Chips Reste unter seinem Bett , sowas geht unserer Meinung nach gar nicht !!!

Eine gute Wahl

Ein Haus in dem Cuxlandpark zu waehlen, war eine gute Entscheidung. Grund:Die unbürokratische Übernahme des Hauses und vor allem eine ebensolche Rückgabe (Schlüssel in den Briefkasten - fertig) haben uns sehr gefallen.
