Private: natural state property 1'000 m2, garden (not fenced) with trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. Available: boat (extra). 300 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 10 km, bus stop 4.5 km, railway station "Karlshamn" 28 km, ferry "Helsingborg" 155 km, sandy beach 1 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 15 km. Please note: animals in the neighbourhood. Fishing permit is not neeeded, only allowed to use the boat motor that can be booked as an additional service.
"Erikstorp 143", 3-room house 88 m2. Object suitable for 6 adults. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the veranda. Shower/WC, Sauna. Electric heating. View of the lake. Facilities: washing machine. Please note: non-smokers only, non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Freezerapprox. 100 l. Only allowed to use the owners wood for the fireplace.

Cozy holiday home in scenic landscape

Spent one week winter holidays here. The lodge is situation on a little hill in the woods at a scenic lake, so the location is already great. Opportunities to shop groceries etc. are only a few minutes away, so there is a good balance between relaxation in solitude and "going to town". The lodge itself is spacy and equipped with everything one needs. The sauna and the oven are especially nice during the winter time. The owner is very friendly and helpful. Would definetly go there again!

Alles in allem gute Ausstattung, Saunaofen war nur eingeschränklt nutzbar und Dusche etwas zu klein. Ansonsten aber ganz klare Empfehlung.

Schön aber mit paar Mängel

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön außer von dr Dusche war der Abfluss so verstopft dass das Wasser kaum noch abfließt und beim Waschbecken tropfte auch Wasser unten aus dem Rohr so das man den Becher immer ausleeren musste. Bei der Ankunft wurde nur nach Kaution und Geld für den Motor gefragt.es wurde uns noch nicht mal gezeigt wo wir den Müll entsorgen sollen.
