Above Strettoia 3 km from the centre of Strettoia, 8.5 km from the centre of Pietrasanta, outside the resort, 49 km from the centre of Pisa, in an elevated position on a slope, 10 km from the sea, 10 km from the beach, in the countryside. Private: terraced garden (not fenced) with trees, natural garden, meadow. 1.6 km long steep, narrow motor access. Parking on the premises. Grocery 3 km, bus stop 1.7 km, railway station "Querceta/Forte dei Marmi" 8 km, sandy beach "Forte dei Marmi" 10 km. Nearby attractions: Lucca 42 km, Firenze 128 km, Riomaggiore (Cinque Terre) 68 km, Viareggio 22 km, Lido di Camaiore 17 km, Carrara (cave di marmo Fantiscritti) 24 km. Ein Geheimtipp. Schönes altes Haus in einer Traumlage. Die Terrasse mit tollem Panoramablick lädt zum längeren Verweilen ein. Die Lage verspricht Ruhe und Erholung. Guter Ausgangspunkte für Sightseeing bzw. Strand und Meer. Freundlicher sehr hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Vielen Dank! Reisetipps: Gute Ausgangsposition zum Baden(Stände in ca. 15–20min mit dem Auto erreichbar) und für Kultur (z.B. Lucca, Cinque Terre, Pisa)
