Beautiful house "Colli". 3.5 km from the centre of Marina di Massa, on the outskirts, 1.2 km from the centre of Massa, 48 km from the centre of Pisa, in the residential district, 3.5 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach. Private: garden 1'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning, heating to be paid on the spot (08.Nov. - 28.Mar.). Roofed, parking. Supermarket 400 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station "Massa" 950 m, sandy beach 3.5 km. Nearby attractions: Pietrasanta 12 km, Forte dei Marmi 11 km, Viareggio 32 km, Riomaggiore (5 Terre) 52 km, Lucca 49 km, Carrara Fantiscritti (cave di marmo) 14 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Massaciuccoli 43 km, Torre del Lago 36 km. Please note: car recommended.

Schönes Ferienhaus
Es gab keine Beanstandungen der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und das Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Eine kleiner Mangel sind die Zudecken imSchlafzimmer da es um diese Jahreszeit schon recht kühl ist sind diese zu dünn.

Schönes Ferienhäuschen im Massa
Das Haus verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Alles in allem kann man dort erholsame Urlaubstage verbringen. Was nervt sind die Nachbarsköter die des Öfteren unangenehm lang kläffen.

Das Haus ist ein wundervolles Domizil.Es hat den mediterranen Touch.Das Grundstück ist gross,sehr gepflegt.jeden morgen kam der Vater des Vermieters um das Grundstück zu pflegen,man bemerkte ihn aber nicht.Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, TV mit deutschen Sendern.Parken auf dem Grundstück unter Carport, Vermieter spricht nur Italienisch,aber kein Problem.Das Hundegebell in der Nachbarschaft ist manchmal nervig,aber auszuhalten.strom für 13 Tage,35 €Wir kommen wider,super schöner Aufenthalt,

Super gepflegtes Anwesen mit C...
Super gepflegtes Anwesen mit Carport und elektrischem Tor.Vollständig eingerichtetes Haus mit ebenerdiger großer Dusche.Ein in die Jahre gekommenes Sofa müsste mal erneuert werden.Gartenmöbel nicht besonders hochwertig. Lärmbelästigung in den Abendstunden durch diverses Hundegebell aus der Nachbarschaft.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ...
Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt. Das Hundegebell war ein bißchen nervig. Das Inventar war ok.Die extra zu bezahlenden Nebenkosten für eine Woche sind sehr hoch. Der Vermieter stellte uns 78 € in Rechnung. Die Endreinigung kostete 20 € extra und die Stromkosten von über 30 € waren nicht nachvollziehbar, denn wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs. Die Waschmaschine und der Ferseher lief gar nicht, der Geschirrspüler auch nur zweimal. Wir werden uns das nächste Mal eine andere Unterkunft suchen!!!

Bezüglich der Endreinigung lag beim Vermieter ein Missverst&#
228;ndnis vor. Wir haben den Betrag von EUR 20 für
die Endreinigung umgehend erstattet. Die weiteren Posten wurden korrekt
abgerechnet. Der Stromverbrauch belief sich in
einer Woche auf 70 kWh (=EUR 31,50).
