Comfortable Stay

It is a quiet, comfortable and spacey appartement in the village of Marignana (Camaiore). The best thing about the place is the covered terrace: it provides shelter both from sun and rain, which means it is a great place to eat or just spend time reading or talking, overviewing the countryside and listening to the sounds of Tuscany.

Endlich Urlaub

Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt, angefangen bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es ist alles vorhanden, außer normale Kaffeetassen (nur 1 St.). Das Besteck und einige Kochtöpfe sind schon recht stark verschlissen oder defekt und sollten ausgetauscht werden. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr sehr schön und super gelegen. Wir kommen wieder.

Viel Platz, idyllische Lage, arg laut

Die Wohnung ist, wie beschrieben, groß und toll ausgestattet. Idyllische Lage. Leider habe wir sehr schlecht geschlafen, weil wir quasi alles aus der oberen Wohnung hören mussten. Die Matratzen waren furchtbar durchgelegen. Zusammen mit dem Lärm vom Stühle-/ Möbelziehen von oben hatten wir irgendwann so einen Schlafmangel, dass wir einen Tag früher abgereist sind.

Siamo stati bene per tutto il tempo. La casa è ampia e c'è spazio per tutti. Purtroppo la doccia è in una posizione sacrificata e la vasca non è coperta da paratie o tende. A parte questo, la casa è ben equipaggiata e il check-in è stato semplice. Purtroppo non siamo riusciti a godere dello splendido balcone, ma il clima iniziava a rinfrescare

Die Terrasse ist das Highlight

Das Haus liegt ruhig, ist gut zu erreichen und es gibt keine Parkplatzprobleme. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig, allerdings alles in dunklem Holz. Die sehr große, vollständig überdachte Terrasse kann bei jedem Wetter genutzt werden. Wir haben das Wohnzimmer in 2 Wochen nicht einmal benötigt. Die Küche hat einen sehr guten Gasherd. Die Küchenutensilien könnten verbessert werden. Es gibt keinen Duschvorhang, das führt täglich zu "Überschwemmungen" im Bad!

Ho la schiena a pezzi!!!!!

L'appartamento è bello ampio e il must è la terrazza, ampia e comoda, la posizione è tranquilla ma a mio avviso un po' troppo fuori mano, i punti negativi sono stati, le formiche, migliaia di formiche!! la poca pulizia, non è stato disinfettato come prevede la procedura anti covid.... ed infine ma la parte più terribile è conteggiare quel divano come letto doppio!!!! È un misero divano con il materassino sottilissimo dove era impossibile dormire!!!! La vasca senza tenda risultato bagno allagato!

Location molto comoda e tranquilla, appartamento molto spazioso con splendida veranda. Da tenere in considerazione per soggiorni in questa zona. Il padrone di casa è persona squisita. Consigliato

Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, a...

Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, auch bedingt durch die dunklen Möbel. Geschirrspüler ging nicht. Sehr gut die grosse Terrasse auch mit der zweiten Toilette und der Dusche. liegt sehr zentral, mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Strand sehr sauber mit verschiedenen Möglichkeiten zu baden. Reisetipps: In der Nähe ist Lucca, Pisa und Carrara sehr zu empfehlen. Mit dem Auto ist auch Florenz und Siena gut erreichbar und immer einen Abstecher wert. Von Siena aus ist Volterra empfehlenswert. Nicht nur wegen der einmaligen toskanischen Bauweise, auch wegen dem Vorkommen an Alabaster.
