The apartment was very nice. Two bed rooms, two baths, kitchen and living room. Rooftop was very nice but hot during the day. The underground parking was great. Towels and sheets were provided, but soap and dish sponges were not. I would stay here again.

Cinzia is a gracious hostess. She was responsive to all our questions. She made a great recommendation for an afternoon trip to a medieval town called Barga which we wouldn't have known about. The apartment is spacious, beautiful, and very clean, and in a quiet location. Close to restaurants and cafes. The location is excellent -- about a 5 minute walk to the old city. However, there is no laundry available, though the listing said there is. There is a very old washing machine which Cinzia asked us not to use. We were traveling with a child and especially booked places with washing machines available. The other issue is the Wifi. It did not work at all for the first 3 days of our 5 day stay. Cinzia tried to fix it but eventually had someone come in to replace the modem. If having access to laundry and reliable Wifi are important, you may want to confirm first with her about the status of these issues. The roof deck as pictured in the listing is amazing. There is underground, secure parking in the building. All in all, a good stay in beautiful Lucca.

Contact met zowel de eigenaar als gastvrouw verliep prettig en vlot. De locatie is fantastisch. 3 min. lopen van het centrum. Parkeerplek onder het appartement, afgesloten met slagbomen en een deur. Appartement is van alle gemakken voorzien; goede keuken/gerei, prima wifi. Mooiste is het dakterras met ligbedden, eettafel, bbq, overkapping. En Lucca heeft ons hart gestolen. Een fijne stad die een goede mix heeft aan toerisme en lokale bevolking. We komen graag nog een keer terug.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Cinzia hat uns alles erklärt, den Tiefgaragenstellplatz gezeigt und viele interessante Tips gegeben. Grazie Mille!! In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was man so benötigt.(genügend Schränke, Kleiderbügel, Spülmaschine usw.)Den Sonnenuntergang haben wir täglich auf der Terrasse genossen. Zur Info-ein Staubsauger ist nicht vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine ist nicht die neueste und deswegen haben wir diese nicht genutzt. Wir hoffen wir kommen bald wieder!!!!

A unique space in a great location. A short walk to the Maria Gate and the wall. Supermarket is a 10 minute walk, and the immediate neighborhood has lots of small shops. (The patisserie up the street has an amazing chocolate croissant.)The apartment is clean and comfortable, and it was nice having the roof terrace. Cinzia was a great host. Very friendly and responsive. She made an extra night happen, which gave us one of the best days of our cycling trip.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Cinzia was really helpful and informative. The apartment was in a great location being only a short walk from the city walls. It had everything we needed and the parking was a real bonus. The roof terrace was fantastic with wonderful views, perfect to enjoy morning coffee or to watch the sun set.

Entspannte Tage vor den Toren Luccas

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die große Dachterrasse mit Grill & Aussicht ist klasse. Tiefgarage, Aufzug, Spühlmaschine und viel Platz für zwei Personen machten den Urlaub sehr angenehm. Wir würden das Apartment wieder buchen.

Perfect apartment in ideal location

From the moment of booking, Cinzia was great at communicating. She was there to meet us on arrival and made check in easy. The apartment is in the perfect location only a 5 minute walk from the city walls. It is well equipped and clean…but it also has the most fabulous private roof terrace- a real joy for sunny breakfasts or evening drinks- or all things in between! We would definitely recommend this great apartment.

We enjoyed this lovely condo with its spacious rooftop terrace. It was an easy walk into the walled city and there are convenient grocery stores and restaurants close-by. Easy check-in with immediate responses to questions and inquiries. Would have appreciated having some basic spices available.

Schöne Wohnung

Die Organisation und Kontaktaufnahme mit der Agentur war sehr gut gewesen. Übergabe etc. war ok. Platzverhältnisse der Wohnung war für 4 Personen ausreichend groß. Parkmöglichkeit sehr gut. Die Lage im Zentrum ist sehr gut Sauberkeit der des Geschirrs und des Bestecks waren nicht in Ordnung. Die Küchenaussattung für 4 Personen war nicht ausreichend, da Töpfe und Schüsseln nicht ausreichten. Desweiteren sollten Küchenutensilien zb. Schneidbretter, Messer, Salatbesteck, Gemüseschäler ausreichend vorhanden sein. Sekt- und Grappagläser fehlten. Dachterasse war schön. Mit wenigen Verbesserungen ist dies eine gute Unterkunft.

Ideal Apartment to come and go in Lucca

This apartment is attractively furnished, comfortable with indoor parking and 5 minute walk to the Lucca walls. It's exceptionally spacious roof top garden is it's crowned jewel. The only issue we had was there was just one set of keys available, making it complicated for 3 different people to do different things at the same time.

Schöne und saubere Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser stilvollen Wohnung in der Nähe der Altstadt sehr genossen. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es alles, was man benötigt. Vor allem die Kommunikation mit der sehr netten Verwalterin Cinzia war ausgezeichnet.

Lucca ist ein Traum für Italienurlauber

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Lucca sehr genossen. Man ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten in der Altstadt. Schön an der Wohnung ist besonders die Dachterrasse mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief reibungslos. Einziges Minus ist die undurchschaubare Elektrik.
