It has two large bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with a shower and the other with a bath) living-dining room, fireplace and a kitchen equipped with everything you need. Air conditioning in the rooms.

The apartment has just been completely refurnished with a mix of antiques and contemporary Italian furniture, the majority of which has been sourced in Tuscany. In less than 2 minutes walk you can reach Guinigi Tower, S. Frediano’s church, the shopping street Via Fillungo, and the ancient walls surrounding the old town.
