Semi-detached house "Albertina", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Martina 2 km from the centre of Brseč, 8 km from the centre of Moščenićka Draga, 3.5 km from the sea, 3.5 km from the beach. For shared use: property 900 m2 with lawn and plants, swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. 400 m long steep motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 300 m, pebble beach 3.5 km. Youth groups are not allowed.
4-room semi-detached house 120 m2 on 2 levels. Living/dining room with satellite TV and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: 1 room with 1 bed. 1 room with 1 french bed and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 french bed and air conditioning. Shower/WC, bath/shower/WC, double hand-basin. Balcony 9 m2, terrace 19 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), box-room. Panoramic view of the sea and the bay. Facilities: washing machine, sauna, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer, logs (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. No cats allowed.

Traum-Haus mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Die Unterkunft ist nur zu empfehlen. Wir haben hier 14 Tage verbracht und konnten die Zeit sehr genießen. Das Haus ist groß, sehr sauber und es fehlt einem an nichts. Der Pool wurde jeden Tag gepflegt und war immer sehr ordentlich. Bei Fragen konnten wir uns an die Vermieterin wenden, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Die Lage ist super. Man ist schnell am Strand und erreicht mit dem Auto auch gut die schönen Dörfer und Städte, die in der Region sind.

Tolles Familiendomizil

Nette, hilfsbereite und kompetente Kontaktperson vor Ort. Nina ist über WhatsApp immer gut erreichbar. Pool wird täglich gepflegt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vom Haus aus kann direkt los gewandert werden zu einer Rundtour in den Hügeln. Der Kiesstrand in Brsec ist schnell zu erreichen.

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern vor Ort. Positiv: Große Wohnung, schöne Sicht, Parkplatz vor der Haustür, Kaminholz vorhanden und im Preis inbegriffen, Die Hausverwalterin ist sehr nett und spricht deutsch, ist über Whatsapp gut erreichbar. Negativ: Der beheizte Pool war zu kalt (max. 22 -23 °C) zur Nutzung im Oktober, in den ersten beiden Tagen mussten wir ca. 20 Krabbeltiere entsorgen, die Sauna (IR-Wärmekabine) ist defekt und wird nicht warm, Möbel einfache Ausstattung

Die Inforarotsauna wurde überprüft und funktioniert einwandfrei. Infrarotsaunen haben eine etwas längere Aufwärmzeit.

Schöner, entspannter Urlaub

Das Haus ist sauber und funktionell eingerichtet. Für eine große Familie sind die beiden Bäder perfekt. Da es sich um einen kleinen Ort handelt, ist es ruhig und so haben wir uns das gewünscht. Die Vermieterin ist zuvorkommend und bemüht, alle Wünsche zu regeln. Leider war, entgegen der Aussage auf der Website, kein Internet-Anschluss verfügbar.
