In the district of Duhnen 6 km from the centre of Cuxhaven, 17 km from the centre of Otterndorf, 36 km from the centre of Bremerhaven, in a busy position, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. For shared use: property 10'000 m2, garden with lawn and trees, lawn for sunbathing. Table tennis, children's playground. In the complex: reception, sauna, steam room (all extra), playroom, storage room for bicycles, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra). Parking on the premises. Shop 100 m, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach 200 m, indoor swimming pool 150 m. Marina 5 km, golf course (18 hole) 12 km. Please note: suitable for families. Anlage zum Wohlfühlen für die ganze Familie

Die Ferienanlage ist ein Traum, gerade wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist. Es gibt viel Platz im Grünen, Hühner und sogar Pferde. Ein Kinderspielplatz ist auch auf dem Gelände und der Strand nur ein paar Gehminuten entfernt.Die Wohnungen sind gemütlich und haben alle ihren eigenen Charakter. Die Küchen sind gut mit Geräten ausgestattet (wir mussten allerdings Kaffee, Gewürze und Öl kaufen) und die Betten bequem. An der Rezeption ist vormittags immer jemand, an den man sich ggf wenden kann.

Wir hatten das Türmchenzimmer in Haus 25/ die Wohnung 5. Sehr schön und funktionell eingerichtet. Ein Defekt am Toilettendeckel wurde innerhalb kürzester Zeit gerichtet. Auf dem Treppenabsatz stand ein Schrank mit Staubsauger u.Co. Bei Fragen zur Mülltrennung u.ä. gab es immer nette Mitarbeiter/Innen, die Auskunft gaben. Würde gerne dort nochmals ein paar Tage verbringen. Evtl. in einem Häuschen mit dem Enkelkind.

Eine Ferienwohnung die sehr zentral in Duhnen gelegen ist. Bäcker für die morgentlichen Brötchen ganz in der Nähe. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls in der Nähe.

liebe Kollegen, die Ferienanlage ist sehr zu empfehlen. Sehr gut Lage, angenehmes Ambiente, sehr gut ausgestattete Appartements, Wohnungen und Ferienhäuser. Reisetipps: sehr schöne Promenade, gute Infrastruktur, Cuxhaven City mit Hafen und Fischhafen sehr sehenswert
