Zustand des Hauses

Das Haus war neu renoviert, aber mit wenig Charme eingerichtet. Es eignet sich primär, um sich tagsüber auf der Terasse aufzuhalten, bei mehreren Regentagen gibt es außer den Schlafräumen nur die Küche zum Aufhalten.Ein Schlafraum weniger und dieses als "Wohnzimmer" einrichten, wäre schöner. Das Haus schien etwas feucht zu sein, so fühlten sich die Kopfkissen klamm an, im mittleren Zimmer waren in der Ecke eines Bettes Stockflecken an der Wand.

Die Flecken an der Wand sind nun nicht mehr zu sehen.Aufgrund der feuchten Witterung im Mai trocknete die neue Farbe nur langsam und hinterliess Flecken.

Entspannte Ferien

Die Anlage liegt ruhig, Capoliveri in 5 Minuten (Auto) erreichbar. Pool und Anlage sind sehr schön und sauber. Schöne Trrasse. Die Zimmer sind landestypisch schlicht, aber okay. Matratzen sehr gut. Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Küche mit etwas wenig Besteck und Gläsern. Und die Spülmaschine macht nicht mehr so randlos sauber... Die Vermieter sind nett, immer ansprechbar (auch WhatsApp) und hilfsbereit aber nie aufdringlich. An- und Abreise verliefen problemlos. Hier kann man sich wirklich erholen.

Schönes, aber doch etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Ferienhaus.Der Pool ist gepflegt. Der Vermieter spricht ein bisschen deutsch.Wer abends in Capoliveri essen gehen möchte oder ein wenig "flanieren" (sehr schöne Altstadt), braucht allerdings ein Auto.

Tolle Anlage mit großen Pool. Große Küche mit kompletter Kochsusstattung. Schöner Außenbereich mit Terasse und Grill. Separater Parkplatz am Haus. Leider Zimmer und Bad nicht sehr sauber. W–LAN nur bedingt verfügbar in einigen kleinen Bereichen der Anlage. Reisetipps: Strand in Anlagennähe Narengno fast vollständig durch Hotels belegt. Wir empfehlen andere Strände, die dann jedoch mit dem Auto angefahren werden müssen z.B. Barabarca oder Morcone. In der nahen und quirligen Stadt Capoliverie ist alleswas man braucht: Einkaufen, Shoppen, Restaurant und Bars.

Herrliches Ferienhaus mir wund...

Herrliches Ferienhaus mir wunderschöner Terasse und grossem Gartenbereich. Mit dem Hund und den beiden Teenager hatten wir es mit 3 Schlaf– und 3 Badezimmer sehr entspannt. Die Wohnküche hat zum Kochen eingeladen. Das Haus war schön sauber, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Für den eigenen Grill im Garten muss noch Holz oder Kohle besorgt werden. Der Pool war noch in Betrieb, was im Oktober selten zu finden ist. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Ferienanlage, in der es im Oktober sehr ruhig war. Reisetipps: In Naregno haben im Oktober alle Restaurants schon geschlossen. Daher muss man fast ins Auto steigen um abends essen zu gehen. Das ist etwas schade. Allerdings ist es in Capoliveri und Porto Azurro am Abend auch sehr schön.
