Wunderbarer Urlaub
Wir sind erst 5 Minuten vor der spätesten Anreisezeit angekommen und es waren schon diverse Zettel mit ausführlichen Erklärungen für uns angebracht worden, so dass wir auch alleine problemlos alles gefunden hätten. Unsere Ferienwohnung war sehr schön, großzügig geschnitten und sauber, die Betten bequem und die Nächte herrlich ruhig. Der Pool ist so schön wie auf den Bildern und super gepflegt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, können Pomele nur empfehlen und kommen sicher wieder.

Sehr gut und schön. Betten sup...
Sehr gut und schön. Betten super. Leider, wie überall im Süden sind KEINE FLIEGEN/Mückengitter in den Fenstern. Moskitonetze sind empfehlenswert. In der Küchenausstattung fehlen Gemüsemesser und Fleischmesser und eine Spaghetti Zange. Die Leute vor Ort waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wunderbare Aussicht, großer Pool und Kinderbecken extra. Zufahrtsstraße ist ein Feldweg. Reisetipps: Die gesamte Umgebung lässt sich mit dem Auto gut erkunden und ein Wanderweg geht genau am Anwesen vorbei. Bolsena ist ein nettes kleines Städtchen mit Supermarkt und netten kleinen Geschäften. Es gibt unterschiedliche Märkte in der Woche. Das Seewasser ist leider nicht immer in Ordnung und zum Schwimmen geeignet.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön gel...
Die Anlage ist wunderschön gelegen. Aufgrund der langen Schotterzufahrt wäre ein morgendlicher Brötchenservice wenigstens in der Hauptsaison sehr sinnvoll, wie dies bei ähnlichen Unterkünften in der Toskana durchaus üblich ist. Richtig störend, war die höchst spärliche Küchenausstattung. Darin wie auch in allen anderen von mir hier genannten Kritikpunkten waren wir uns mit allen anderen Familien, mit denen wir in der kleinen Anlage ins Gespräch gekommen sind, absolut einer Meinung. Es gibt noch nicht maleinen Toaster, bei dieser Lage für das Frühstück eigentlich ein Muss. Ebenfalls gab es in keiner Wohnung ein scharfes Messer. Der Reinigungszustand der Wohnung war in einem etwas fragwürdigen Zustand. Lauter Krümel im Besteckfach und unzählige Fettfingerabdrücke an den Küchenfronten ... Spinnweben sind in dieser Umgebung mit Sicherheit schnell da, könnten aber auch mal gelegentlich entfernt werden. Der vielgepriesene Fitnessraum ist außer Betrieb, da die Geräte nur wenige Jahre nach der Inbetriebnahme schon wieder defekt sind. Reparieren ist offenbar nicht angesagt. Sehr schade! Mit diesen Abstrichen jedoch eine durchaus schöne, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommene Anlage.

Das defekte Gerät wurde zwischenzeitlich
repariert und ist wieder nutzbar.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollem ...
Sehr schöne Anlage mit tollem Pool. Zu unserer Reisezeit war es ziemlich leer und damit super ruhig. Im Sommer dürfte es wohl deutlich lebhafter zugehen. Die lange Schotteranfahrt war für Agriturismo– Verhältnisse in relativ gutem Zustand, wurde sogar zwischendurch ausgebessert. Für tief liegende PKW dennoch nicht zu empfehlen. Kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder. Reisetipps: Sehr schöne Gegend abseits der großen Tourismus–Ströme. Daher sollte man auch bereit sein, Abstriche an klassischer Tourismus– Infrastruktur in Kauf zu nehmen (Fremdsprachen, Öffnungszeiten, Straßenqualität). Dafür bekommt man eher noch ursprüngliches Mittelitalien. Der See ist an vielen Stellen frei zugänglich. Orvieto ist wirklich sehenswert, die Südtoskana nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Nach Rom sind wir mit dem Zug von Montefiascone aus gefahren, dort konnte man den PKW am Bahnhof sogar kostenfrei abstellen. Tickets musste man schon in Bolsena (oder in Montefiascone) am Zeitungskiosk kaufen. Dort gab es Tagestickets für den Großraum Rom für 12,–.€ pro Erwachsenem, inklusive Hin– und Rückfahrt sowie dem Nahverkehr in Rom. Sehr zu empfehlen. Allerdings fuhr der Zug schon gegen 7 Uhr, danach erst wieder deutlich später bzw. mit doppelt so langer Fahrzeit.
