Ideale Unterkunft für aktive Familien

Appartement sauber und ordentlich. Gelände sehr gepflegt. Vielfältiges Sportangebot (Pool, Tennisplatz, Fußballplatz und Tischtennis). Verwalter sehr freundlich, um die Gäste miteinander in Kontakt zu bringen, Einladung zu Pasta, Wein und Dessert am Montag.

Die Anfahrt war sehr gut besch...

Die Anfahrt war sehr gut beschrieben und problemlos. Die Schlüsselübergabe sehr gut organisiert. Die Unterkunft sauber und einladend. Die Außenanlagen leider noch nicht im Betrieb, aber der frühen Reisezeit geschuldet. Für Kinder gab es aber trotzdem Kickerkasten und Tischtennis.Wir hatten eine kleine Autopanne und die Vermieter haben uns unproblematisch und sehr freundlich einen Termin in einer nahegelegenen Autowerkstatt organisiert. Wir mussten für die Reparatur kaum warten und die Kosten waren erstaunlich gering. Duschwasser war sehr angenehm und immer war. Kühlschrank und Ofen auch alles sehr gut, auch der Fernseher. Nur die vorhanden Espressomaschinen waren etwas alt und haben nicht gut funktioniert (hat ewig gedauert) und es war daher letztlich shade um das viele Gas. Wir haben daher den Cafe nicht in der Unterkunft getrunken.Parkplätze für Autos sehr gut. Auch mit Mülltrennung. Auch im Sommer ist die Unterkunft mit Schwimmingpool und großen Liegewiesen sicherlich sehr schön dort. Die Unterkunft ist unseres Erachtens sehr empfehlenswert. Reisetipps: Durch die nahegelegene gebührenfreie Schnellstraße Raccordo Autostradale Bettolle/Perugia ist man sehr schnell und bequem in Perugia/Assisi oder in Siena/Toskana. Von der Unterkunft ist man auch sehr schnell in Montepulciano oder Pienza. Sehr interessant fanden wir auch Cortona. Casteglione del Lago ist super schön mit vielen Veranstaltungen im Jahr, z.B. Ostermarkt etc. Sehr praktisch war auch die Nähe zu Tuoro, da dort die Fähren auf die Insel ablegen und ist geschichtlich sehr interessant ist (Hannibal), zudem bietet es auch Freizeitmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Tolle Sonnenuntergänge auf den Anhöhnen von Casteglione, oder an den Orten am Ostufer des Sees. Marias Torta im Restaurant Da Falliero (Südufer des Sees) ist einen Besuch wert. Die Lage der Unterkunft ermöglicht tolle Ausflüge zum nahegelegenen Citta della Pieve oder Panicale. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist unseres Erachtens äußerst empfehlenswert.

Sehr schöne gepflegte Ferienan...

Sehr schöne gepflegte Ferienanlage. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und ruhig. An den Fenstern war Mückenschutz angebracht, so dass das Lüften kein Thema war. Pool sehr sauber. Die Familie kümmert sich sehr um die Gäste und veranstaltet einmal wöchentlich für ihre Gäste einen Pizzaabend. In 5 Minuten ist man in Castiglione und kann Bummeln, Essen und Einkaufen. Reisetipps: Der Lago di Trasimeno ist für das Auge super, zum Baden jedoch nicht geeignet, auch wenn es Strandbäder gibt. Perugia, Montepulciano, Arezzo, Assisi und Orvieto sind sehr sehenswert.

Sehrt tolle Anlage. Die Unterkunft ist super eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Der Pool ist wunderbar und die Inhaber sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Castiglione del Lago ist in 5 Minuten per Auto zu erreichen.

Nahegelegene Pizzeria ist gut,...

Nahegelegene Pizzeria ist gut, Bahn ist hörbar, stört aber nicht weiter. Hygiene im Bad könnte besser sein. Sehr nettes Personal, wenn man Tennis spielen will muss man Schläger & Ball dabei haben. Es gibt einen Pizzaofen zum selber anschüren (steht nirgends in der Beschreibung). Mehr Info's zur Unterkunft unter www.principedeltrasimeno.it Reisetipps: Wer Rom besuchen will: Zug ab Castiglione – kostet für 2Erw. und 2 Kinder ca 30€. Vorsicht: Abstempeln des Tickets nicht vergessen!
