For shared use: large, beautiful garden 5'000 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees, meadow, swimming pool (14 x 7 m, depth 120 - 160 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 03.Oct.). Terrace, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Heating to be paid on the spot (01.Nov. - 31.Mar.). 800 m long motor access to the grounds (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 2.7 km, railway station "Poggibonsi" 4 km. Please note: residence with electric gates. The owner lives in the same residence. Wine tasting in a wine cellar near San Gimignano 17 km away 1x per stay included (on request).

Wunderbarer Ort mit tollem Gastgeber

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der großen Wohnung im 2., 3. Stock. Das Gelände und der Pool sind super, der Gadtgeber ganz sympathisch und die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Wir waren zu viert und auch die anderen Gäste waren sehr angenehm. Rundum sehr schön. Danke!!

Heel mooie locatie

Mooie locatie en zwembad. Heel ruim appartement met genoeg keukengerei. Goede bedden zeer belangrijk. Min puntjes slechte ramen en airco in keuken en leefruimte werkte niet.

Thank you for the feedback. We are glad to learn that you enjoyed the stay. There was never a mention of air conditioning in the description, as they are currently not working. We are not sure about the comments regarding windows, these can be reported on the spot. Nevertheless, we will check.

Die Unterkunft ist ein echtes toskanisches Landhaus, sehr gut gepflegt mit sehr freundlichen Vermietern. Die Lage ist außerhalb der Ortschaft mitten im Weinberg. Ca. 3 km in die Stadt. 30 min nach Florenz. 30 min nach Sienna 20 min nach San Gimignano

Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Die Unterkunft authentisch, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Aber dennoch gepflegt und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Wir waren 5 Frauen, da waren 3 Bäder perfekt ...jederzeit wieder.

Da die Wohnung im 2. OG liegt,...

Da die Wohnung im 2. OG liegt, ist es etwas schwierig den Gartenanteil zu nutzen.Die Mikrowelle gibt es nicht und einen Backofen auch nicht."Italienische" Bettwäsche, d.h. Laken und leichte Überdecke, für deutsche Verhältnisse zu kalt Reisetipps: Tatro di Silencio in Lajatica, Lari mit dem Castello oder Chianni, alles Orte, die noch nicht so überlaufen sind, wie San Gimigniano etc. Der Tarotgarten von Niki de Saint Phalle in der Südtoskana (ca. Stunden Fahrt) ist immer eine Reise wert
