About this property
Villa in Colle Di Val D’elsa with 7 bedrooms sleeps 14
Immersed in the vineyards and olive groves around the historic center of Colle val D'Elsa, on the promontory of a hill, villa d'Elsa dominates the valley, with its typically Tuscan style, delicate and traditional but at the same time equipped with every modern comfort. The charm of this villa lies in the care that Francesca and Fabio, the owners, have put into every detail. From the wooden and local stone floors, the brick and chestnut wood fireplace reminiscent of flavors of other times. The built-in kitchen with the huge hob and the island that will make you want to cook to embrace the Tuscan culture.
The large living room opens onto a huge terrace where at sunset you can enjoy an aperitif in front of an incredible panorama that opens onto the Val d'Elsa and Mount Amiata.
In the background, the swimming pool / pond (1.50 meters high in the center) which with its whirlpool will cradle you in the warmer seasons and then let you pamper yourself in the spa,
with the sauna and a purifying herbal tea.
Here everything becomes slow: life resumes its due time and the watchword becomes physical and mental "well-being".
