The completely renovated property occupies a panoramic position within an estate of olive groves and vineyards, boasting an entrancing view of the famous towers of San Gimignano 4 km away. The characteristic architecture enables guests to experience a specifically Tuscan atmosphere. Within the estate there is a nice garden with meadows, ancient trees, terraces and comfortable outdoor areas. The swimming-pool is in a sunny panoramic position. The farmer lives in an independent house with its own outdoor area. The skilful renovation of the premises has fully preserved the typical rustic Tuscan style, with terracotta floors and open-beamed ceilings. The furnishing is rustic and comfortable completed by several antique pieces. Internet adsl free Wi-Fi. Mosquito net. Private: garden, swimming pool (6 x 12 m). Terrace with barbecue, garden furniture. In the house: TV-sat, washing machine and dryer, dishwasher,microwave, fireplace, hair dryer, ice maker. Parking. It was - again - a wonderful stay in Lazzarone!The house is exactly as you can see on the pictures: well equipped, clean, spacious... Alessandro is a very friendly and helpful host (whenever you need help) who makes you feel right at home!Everyone in our family (8 - 67 years) enjoyed the fantastic swimming pool, the quiet place and the fantastic views on the countryside. Outstanding lodging and within 10 minutes from the San Gimignano City/Center. Side trips were enjoyable and easy to explore. The accommodations in a country villa were very comfortable and our host Alessandro Martini was great to work with.

This property is a gem and the owner was available to communicate on WhatsApp for any questions. The house and pool were exactly as described. Infinity pool overlooking the vineyard was a highlight. All of the owner's recommendations on restaurants and activities were spot on. It was so great that one of the guests already inquired about a stay next year!

Incredible stay in Tuscan paradise

From the moment of booking Alessandro helped make our Tuscan stay absolutely magical. He was probably the most responsive host we’ve ever had. We were 3 couples and 4 kids and the property couldn’t have been better for our group. From the indoor and outdoor seating areas to the gorgeous pool where we spent most of our days. We absolutely loved our stay. You couldn’t be disappointed with this property.

The PERFECT Tuscan vacation!

We stayed in this lovely - and lovingly renovated - farmhouse for three weeks. My husband and I for the entire time, with a rotating cast of family and friends. With 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, the pool and multiple outdoor spaces, everyone had both social and private spaces. Alessandro couldn’t have been a more perfect and gracious host; very responsive and accommodating. The view from the property across vineyards to San Gimignano is stunning and the place is so peaceful, yet the town is an easy 7-minute drive town. We would all highly recommend the property for a memorable family vacation!

Our visit to Tuscany was beyond our expectations! Thanks to Alessandro our host! The Villa was so perfect for the family, they came in groups of 12, then 9 , and had a great time with us at the property! Pool was a big hit! Wanted to praise the Aunties who came twice to prepare magnificent meals for us, it was amazing, and truly the best Tuscan homemade specialties! The tiramisu was the absolute BEST! Most fantastic location and place!

This was the most remarkable place with a short 10 minute drive to San GiMignano. The accommodations were outstanding. So clean and had everything we needed. The views of SanG and the towers was so unreal. The grounds were surrounded by wine and olive vineyards that were picturesque beyond words. There was a wine tasting vineyard within a 5 minute walk. We also had Allesandro book a professional chef come in to cook a 5 course dinner. Absolutely the best. We originally wanted to stay within the wals of SanG but were so thrilled to find this place. Best decision ever. Our suggestion is to just book it you will not be disappointed. Thanks Allesandro you are the best

Five girlfriends 60 and the house was absolutely perfect! We each had our own bedroom and bathroom, spacious accommodations, very clean and the views were spectacular. Alessandro, our host, lives on the property and was available to us whenever we had questions about anything but was never intrusive - completely respectful of our privacy. We also used Bellini Bruno Executive Services for transportation and tours & they were THE BEST! Overall, an amazing vacation!

In a word - Perfection. Everything about our stay was outstanding. Alessandro was there anytime we had a question, both before we arrived and during our stay. The views are more stunning than the photographs. The villa itself was everything that we needed and exactly as advertised. The kitchen was equipped and allowed us to make a wonderful dinner, using local ingredients from the Thursday market in addition to being able to prepare our breakfasts each morning. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. While we got into the pool only once due to some busy days and cool weather, it was absolutely lovely. If you are thinking about booking, don't delay. We will certainly return one day!

The pool was cool (unheated) but it was warm enough for all but one of our group to swim. The rooms were all very clean. Alessandro was helpful and charming. We appreciated the olive oil shampoo, etc products left for us. The kitchen was rustic but had what we needed. We loved the large family dining room in the annex. We really appreciated the nice wine glasses. We loved the proximity to SAN Gimignano and Poggibonsi for stocking the kitchen.

Kurz zusammengefasst: wunderschön! Wir waren 8 Familienmitglieder, 27 bis 87 Jahre alt. Das Haus ist wirklich wunderschön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zu Details, antike Möbel, herrliche Betten, schöne Bäder und eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, in der das gemeinsame Kochen richtig Spaß gemacht hat. Die technischen Geräte (riesiger Kühlschrank, Induktionsherd etc.) alle topmodern, sogar eine Eiswürfelmaschine war da! Die Lage mit Blick auf San Gimingnano mitten in Weinbergen und Olivenbäumen war perfekt, man hatte das Gefühl, allein an diesem Ort zu sein. Gewürze, Öl, Toilettenpapier, Geschirrhandtücher, Waschmaschinenpads, Geschirrspülmaschinenpads - alles da! Die Handtücher waren wunderbar flauschig und haben so gut gerochen, die Poolhandtücher waren richtig groß. Am täglich frisch gereinigten Pool hatten wir sehr viel Spaß, ebenso an der Tischtennisplatte. Im WEBER-Grill haben wir uns mehrmals Köstlichkeiten zubereitet und bis tief in die Nacht Karten gespielt. Wenn es geht (man weiß ja nicht, was passiert), dann kommen wir wieder!

Family Trip to San Gimignano - July 2025

All around a great experience. Alessandro was a terrific host, great communication, very responsive, and helpful with recommendations in the area. The house was perfect for our family (6 adults, 2 kids) and had all the amenities to make it feel like home away from home. The pool - which has spectacular views - was the perfect place to relax after walking around the cities and wineries nearby. We loved San Gimignano but also took day trips to Florence, Sienna & even drove out to the beach one day. Overall, it was an amazing vacation for us, and I would recommend this villa if you're looking to stay at a beautiful home in the heart of Tuscany. Thank you, Alessandro!

Det bliver ikke bedre!

Fuldkommen fantastisk familieferie! Alt ligefra booking, kommunikation med udlejer, området, hus, pool og udenoms arealer er 10 ud af 10! Udlejer yderst venlig og hjælpsom. Lækkert og charmerende hus med effektiv aircondition i alle soveværelser. Stort hus og mange små hyggelige kroge på grunden, så alles behov for sol/skygge eller ro/selskab blev opfyldt til fulde. Vi var 7 voksne og 2 teenagere med forskellige holdninger til, hvordan den perfekte ferie skal være, og alle 9 har haft den skønneste uge. Udsigt til San Gimignano og vinmarker gør oplevelsen af at bo midt i smukke Toscana fuldendt.

Could not have been any better

The property was beautiful, surrounded by vineyards, with a gorgeous pool. The house was well stocked and had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our family of 10. We enjoyed the proximity to Siena, Florence, and San Gimignano. Alessandro was a great host. He even bought a huge blow up flamingo for the kids to use in the pool. And he gave us good advice about restaurants and where to get a custom birthday cake for our granddaughters. In all, the house was a wonderful oasis for our family. We highly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying at Alessandro's near San Gimignano. Alessandro was very friendly and helpful, and the house was a dream. FYI you are required to pay a cleaning fee upon check-out.

This property is AMAZING! Your senses will be engulfed by the blooming wisteria, lemon trees, sage, rosemary and olive trees on this huge property. Views of San Gimignano in the distant and the infinity pool overlooking the Tuscan hillside simply cannot be captured on photos. Our host, Alessandro, is so genuinely kind and attentive. He lives on the property but was so respectful of our privacy. If you can, have him arrange for the wine tasting and chef’s dinner on the property… a highlight of our trip. Beds are very comfortable, with bathrooms in each room and air conditioning throughout. Plenty of room for our family of 7 adults. San Gimignano is a 10 minute drive; helpful to have a car or arrange for a driver. We feel so lucky to have found this villa. My dream of seeing “Under the Tuscan Sun” in real life, came true here.Thank you, Alessandro!

Right from the moment that we arrived, our family of 9 were enchanted with the property and Villa. Alessandro met us and welcomed us into his beautiful Villa. The villa was immaculate and well stocked for our week holiday. It was great that everyone had their own space and private bathroom attached to their bedroom. Everyone enjoyed the pool to swim and relax. We had lunch out on the beautiful patio and the indoor dining area was perfect for our large family for breakfasts and dinners. It was a great location to visit San Gimignano a few times and reach the Coop for groceries. Alessandro was an amazing host, quick to respond to any questions we had. We look forward to returning to this incredible villa surrounded by beautiful vineyards.

Wonderful!

The property was beautiful and very close to San Gigminano probably 5-7 min drive. The pool was great for the kids to release energy and the ping pong table was a hit. Alessandro was very helpful when we needed help getting a driver and with anything else we needed. This part of our trip to Italy was our favorite! Thanks Alessandro !
