Motor access to the house (50 m via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 1 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Arezzo" 5 km. Nearby attractions: Equestrian Center Arezzo 3.5 km, Castiglion Fiorentino 15 km, Lago Trasimeno 40 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog.

Excellentes vacances !
Un beau logement très propre et bien équipé dans un cadre magnifique et reposant. La piscine est très agréable. Les propriétaires sont charmants et attentionnés. Des visites inoubliables : Arezzo, Cortone, Assise, Gubbio, etc...
