For shared use: well-kept garden, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue. In the house: washing machine (for shared use). Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises. Shop 3 km, bus stop 1.1 km, pebble beach 800 m. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km. Nearby attractions: Malcesine 20 km, Verona 48 km. Hiking paths: Monte Baldo 35 km. Please note: baby equipment on request (extra). The owner does not accept any youth groups. Residence with electric gates.

Genoten van het uitzicht
Inrichting van het Appartement was gedateerd maar wel schoon. En de bedden waren goed. Ligging met uitzicht en zwembad perfect ondanks de vrij stijle toegangsweg. Koele slaapkamers en geen airco nodig gehad.

Die Unterkunft ist für die ang...
Die Unterkunft ist für die angegebene Personenzahl völlig ungeeignet und viel zu klein. Die Küche ist mehr als spärlich ausgestattet, es gibt gerade das nötigste um Nudeln zu kochen und es funktionieren lediglich die 2 kleinsten der 4 Herdplatten.In der Dusche stößt sich jeder normale Mensch überall an und die Toilette ist so ins Eck gebaut, dass eine Frau mit ca 1,70 m Körpergröße quer auf die Schüssel sitzen muss. Die Wohnung ist für das was sie bietet überteuert. Außerdem sind die angegebenen 800m zumSee nicht zu Fuß zu bewältigen, da die Straße zu steil ist. Direkt über dem Haus ist eine große, laute Baustelle. Die Gärten der Wohnungen sind sehr schön Reisetipps: Sehr schöne Stadt mit Flair.Solange man ein Auto hat und bereit ist etwas zu fahrenkann man tolle Ausflüge machen und die großartige Landschaft genießen. Der See ist klar, sauber und total erfrischend. Die Menschen sind sehr freundluch und hilfsbereit

klein, laut mit div. Mängeln aber gute Aussicht und mit Pool
Diese Ferienwohnung (Objekt TDB 111) für 4-6 Personen anzubieten ist unrealistisch.
Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt in besagter Ferienwohnung in der "Residence" Gianni nicht zufrieden. Wir sind ein Paar mit Kleinkind und waren mit einer Bekannten angereist und hatten ursprünglich geplant dass eine weitere Bekannte am 2. Tag nachkommt. Doch bei Ankunft war klar das diese Wohnung für 4 Erwachsene nicht ausreicht. So das wir unserer Bekannten abgeraten haben nachzukommen. Die angegebenen 36m² sind bereits wenig (darauf waren wir eingestellt: tagsüber Klettertouren demnach nur Abends anwesend und auch kein Anspruch an Komfort oder Luxus) Es ist jedoch zusätzlich begrenzt durch fehlenden Stauraum (im Schlafzimmer kein Schrank, kein Ablagefläche) kaum ausreichend Geschirr für 4 Personen und nur die 2 kleinsten Herdplatten funktionieren. Kochen war demnach nur in Etappen möglich! Kleider direkt aus dem Koffer. Und die Toilette ist für durchschnittlich große Mitteleuropäer nur rechtwinklig sitzend oder im Stehen benutzbar. (Abstand zur Duschwand davor ca. 15 cm). Sollten die Nachbarwohnungen belegt sein: man versteht jedes Wort und die Nachbarn sind im EG gezwungen über den Nachbar-Vorgarten in ihre Wohnung zu gelangen. Positiv ist die Aussicht und der gepflegte Pool dieser war auch Ende September erfreulicherweise noch in Betrieb obwohl nicht geheizt. Trotzdem: wir haben unseren Urlaub leider früher als geplant beendet. M. Stadlberger
