Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. Heating. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 double bed and satellite TV. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds and satellite TV. 1 room with 1 bed, 1 double bed and satellite TV. Shower, sep. WC. Balcony. Facilities: baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (3 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Open access to the apartment from the staircase. If there are fewer people occupied than the maximum number of people, not all residential units are available (in summer).

Freundlichkeit

Die Vermieterin war sehr unfreundlich. Parkplätze wurden nicht geräumt vom Schnee, das haben wir dann alleine gemacht. Internetverbindung war sehr schlecht. Wohnzimmer und Küche sowie Esszimmer sind für die Anzahl an Menschen viel zu klein. Sie hing viel am Fenster um zu beobachten wenn die Kinder draußen waren. Für kleine Kinder keine spiel Möglichkeit draußen. Zum Schluss möchte ich nur sagen, diese Wohnung empfehle ich nicht weiter.

Wir haben mit 3 Fam. u Kindern...

Wir haben mit 3 Fam. u Kindern die 11 Personen Wohnung gebucht. Alles war sauber u ordentlich eingerichtet. Allerdings würde ich die Wohnung eher für 8 Leute,also für 2 Fam. empfehlen. Für junge Reisegruppen sollte es aber ok sein. Es gab leider nur 1 TVim kleinen Wohnzimmer. Aber zum TV–gucken waren wir ja auch nicht da. Die Zimmer könnten teilweise etwas größer sein. Geschlafen haben wir aber hervorragend. Teilweise waren wir abends auch mal länger auf,also bis weit nach Mitternacht u haben bedingt durch einen Geburtstag auch sehr laut gefeiert. Dies wurde aber nicht,außer durch russische Untermieter (5 Herren), bemängelt bzw. beanstandet. Vermieter wohnt ja mit im Haus. Diese waren übrigens sehr nett u hilfsbereit. Zur Piste sind wir täglich mit dem Auto gefahren,weil der Skibus zu weit weg war. Für Leute,die das Hauptaugenmerk aufs Skifahren etc. legen,ist die Wohnung voll in Ordnung u zu empfehlen. Küche ist auch modern u war für 11 Leute ok. Das Skigebiet ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen.Ich würde wieder hier buchen.
