Ärztehaus" 220 m, railway station "Ramsau i.Z.-Hippach Bahnhof" 650 m, indoor swimming pool 5 km, bathing lake "Aufenfeld" 7.5 km. Walking paths from the house, cycle lane 200 m, gondola lift 3 km, skisport facilities 3 km, ski bus stop 200 m, cross country ski track 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Mayrhofner Bergbahnen - Horbergbahn 3 km, Zillertal Arena 4.5 km. Hiking paths: Zillertaler Alpen. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Good location/no common space

Location is good, pretty close to main skiing resorts. Rooms are small, not in all of them bath/wc. There are 2 kitchens, but both of them are pretty small, no common space, where big group of people could spend evening together. Wi Fi is very slow and it’s for additional fee. In general a lot of extra payments: towels Bed linen Tourist fee And whatever additional extra fee, which can’t be explained to you normally, because host speaks German only. Would be much better, if all these fees would be calculated into total rent price.

Nicht geeignet für große Gruppen, Sitzplätze im Gemeinschaftsraum max. 12 Personen, zu kleine Küche nur ein Kühlschrank das Haus ist für 16 Personen ausgeschrieben.Die Zimmer sind ok, 70 Iger Jahre Stiel, Bäder zu eng und zu wenig WC's.Die Vermieteranfangs sehr unfreundlich, gehen am tage ohne zu klopfen, mehrmals in unsere Zimmer rein ohne Erklärung.
