This home away from home at 121 Hoxie Ave, Charlestown Rhode Island is located approximately 500 feet from Ninigret Pond and less than a mile to beautiful East Beach. With 1536 square feet, two full baths and 3 bedrooms, up to 8 people can sleep comfortably. Additional amenities, such as the 1 car garage and warm outdoor shower to remove salt and sand from a fun day at the beach, make this house just the right size for your family to create a lasting memory. Enjoy grilling and lounging on our spacious 12' x 16' deck or relax in the Adirondack chairs on the front porch with a good book.

For family outings and day trips there are many other things to do in the area. Visit Mystic Aquarium and Seaport, or take a cliff walk by the Newport Mansions. A short drive away, Watch Hill offers local shops, homemade ice cream and the Flying Horse Carousel.

After a fun-filled day at the beach or visiting the many area attractions, come home and unwind in the cool central air by watching TV, a DVD, or playing a board game with the family. There is even the option of connecting to the world through WI-FI.

This vacation home comes with private beach parking and beach pass, access to Ninigret Pond, Bicycles and kayaks.

The home was big and clean with plenty of room for sleeping many (we only had 4 but easily more). Nice porch to sit and watch the water with coffee in the morning. A short walk to the easy access kayaks in the pond or you can bike or drive 5 mins down to the big beach which was truly the nicest beach I have ever seen. Property was well outfitted with chairs, bikes, lawn games et… and owners were friendly and responsive

If you love the ocean as much as we do, we know you’re going to love it here too!

This property is perfectly located on a quiet private road and very close to beautiful East Beach and Ninigret Pond.

What makes this property unique

Our home is just a short walk away from private boat access to the huge 1600 acre salt water pond called Ninigret. Besides clamming or fishing, use our kayaks or your own small boat to explore this amazing place. We are also less than 1 mile from the beautiful beaches of East Beach and private parking. If you’re looking for even more salt water places - Quonochontaug Breachway is just a little more than 2 miles away. In addition, there are many area attractions to visit as well.
