Country house "Gîte des Perdrix", surrounded by trees and fields. 2 km from the centre of Plouzélambre, 5 km from the centre of St. Michel-en-Grève, 15 km from the centre of Lannion, 5 km from the sea. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn 400 m2, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.
"Gîte des Perdrix", 4-room house 80 m2 on 2 levels. Beautiful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with dining table, satellite TV, DVD and wood-burning stove. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, raclette grill). Sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC. Electric heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Très beau gite fonctionnel un peu isolé

Très beau gite, isolé, propriétaires sur place et très discrets. Piscine chez les proprio mais pas utilisé vu le temps. Commerces (boulangerie, etc.) à 5 kms et grandes surfaces à 10kms. Emplacement assez central pour visiter la région.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Für 6 Personen wäre es mir zu klein. 4 Personen okay. Der Garten ein Traum, rundherum eingezäunt. Man hat seine Ruhe. Pool auf Vermieter Grundstück, haben ihn nicht benutzt. Man braucht für alles ein Auto. Abgeschieden, uns hat es gefallen. Zum nächsten Strand 5 km. Wunderschön auf dem G34 zu wandern, aber erst ab Küste. Unser Hund hat sich auch sehr wohlgefühlt.

Maison agréable

La maison est agréable, tranquille, bien équipée les lits sont très confortables .Les 2 Sdb sont bien pratiques.La location de vélos électriques est une belle opportunité Seul bémol, la wifi n'a jamais fonctionné pendant notre séjour,malgré l'intervention récente d'un technicien . Mes propriétaires sont sympathiques et discrets.

Une jolie maison, très propre et très bien équipée dans un havre de verdure. Des propriétaires disponibles et discrets, très sympathiques. Aucune mauvaise surprise ! Comptez 30 petites minutes pour la cote de Granit rose

het huisje op zich viel goed m...

het huisje op zich viel goed mee maar er was geen wifi/internet aanwezig zoals vermeld stond. En het zwembad was niet verwarmd dus voor kleinere kinderen VEEL te koud. De overkapping moest ook steeds losgevijsd worden wat het onaangenaam maakte om te zwemmen, het ging niet helemaal open. Verhuur linnenpakket: we kregen lakens en moesten zelf ons bed opmaken (terwijl wij dachten dat de bedden gingen opgemaakt zijn). De eigenaars waren wel heel vriendelijk maar hadden geen tijd, je zag dat zij druk met hunboerderij bezig waren. Het is er wel heel rustig maar in de buurt is er maar weining te beleven of te doen. Zeker met kinderen. Om uit te rusten en niets te doen is het ideaal (geen restaurants in de buurt, winkels,...). We hebben genoten van de rust maar qua belevenis met kindjes is het niet zo ideaal. Om het één en ander zelf te bezichtigen of te ontdekken hebben we zelf al snel 500km ter plaatste gereden. Dus wel enorm afgelegen van alles. het strand was wel ideaal gelegen (zo'n 5 km) maar geen cafeetje, brasserie of restaurant aan de kustzijde. Het huisje was wel proper.

Wir waren Anfang Oktober eine ...

Wir waren Anfang Oktober eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus. Es liegt super schön hinter einer kleinen Ortschaft mitten in der Natur . 300 m vom Haus fangen zwei Wanderwege an. Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort . Er war den ganzen Tag draußen und konnte sich frei bewegen. Das Haus ist schlicht aber modern und sauber eingerichtet. Wir haben die Vermieterin in der ganzen Woche nicht gesehen .. man fühlt sich nicht beobachtet es ist als würde man dort alleine wohnen wenn man das möchte. Die Küche hat alles an Utensilien zu bieten was man braucht . Es gibt zwei Punkte die man wissen sollte .. die Vermieterin spricht nur französisch und etwas englisch mit Händen und Füßen:) aber es war ok . Und wenn man sich selbst Bettwäsche mitbringt muss man bedenken , dass dieBettdecken eine Größe von 2x2 m haben . Sonst alles super nett und schön. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hinfahren. Reisetipps: Die Bootstour zur Ile de Batz vom Hafen in Roscoff für 9€ hin und her ist ganz nett.
