Träumchen

Das kleine Haus ist Teil eines großen Anwesens, jedoch ist das Haupthaus einige Meter entfernt und nicht wirklich wahrnehmbar, was dort vor sich geht. Den Pool (sehr sauber) und das ganze Areal rund um das Häuschen hatten wir für uns. Beide Häuser sind nicht komplett durch einen Zaun voneinander abgetrennt, sodass unser Hund einmal zum Haupthaus lief und die Besitzer begrüßte... Der Host 'S.' war sehr hilfsbereit und nett, wir würden definitiv wieder kommen. Sonst alles wie beschrieben. :)

Magnifique

Le logement n est pas ultra moderne mais il dispose de tous les équipements et de la climatisation ( un vrai plus!) L'environnement est juste fabuleux, un paysage à couper le souffle, la piscine... et la découverte de Lucca... tout était parfait. Une mention spéciale aux propriétaires, à S. pour toutes ses recommandations, sa disponibilité et sa réactivité à chacune de nos demandes... A ceux qui hésitent pour réserver ce lieux, je leur dirai allez y les yeux fermés.

Freshness im Pool 😎

Tolle Anlage mit viel Ruhe, toller Pool, alles hat technisch funktioniert (Klima, WLAN, etc) sehr netter Vermieter und Hauskatze täglich zu Besuch :-) Anlage liegt sehr zentral, gute Infrastruktur mit Kaffee und Penny in der Nähe, 8 KM bis Lucca und schnell auf der Autobahn nach Pisa, Livorno oder Florenz. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag : Ein Doppelbett statt der beiden Einzelbetten und ggfls Innenausstattung etwas modernisieren. Aber da das Leben sowieso zu 90% draußen stattfindet, war es toll

Die ruhige Lage des Hauses, der wunderschöne Pool und der große Garten - alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im Ort gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Gaststätten, Eisdielen, Bäcker usw. Lucca ist nur ein paar Kilometer entfernt.

sehr schöne Lage, liebenswerter Empfang und Verabschiedung, ein Vermieter, der sich um alle Belange gekümmert hat, leider war der Pool schon zu, sauberes Häuschen, etwas in die Jahre gekommen, gepflegter, schöner Garten, die Ferienhauskatze war unaufdringlich, aber immer da, viele gute Empfehlungen für Speis und Trank vom Vermieter, es lohnt sich ! Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist einfach, aber zweckmässig. Der Satellitenempfang deutscher Fernsehsender ist manchmal durch Wettereinflüsse gestört.Das Fernsehgerät selbst ist recht klein. In der Küche gibt es einen Gasherd sowie Toaster und Microwelle und einen Kühl/Gefrierschrank. Das Häuschen ist klein, hat aber Charme!

Sehr gute Lage ,um die umliegendenSehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen. Nah an der Autobahn. In 40 Min ist man am Meer. Schöner Pool direkt vor der Tür zur alleinnutzung. Besitzer wohn auf dem Grundstück. Bei Problemen war er immer erreichbar, und hat die auch schnell gelöst. Das Haus selber ist für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Das Mobiliar weist starke Gebrauchsspuren,was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat Ein Toaster wäre super. In der Beschreibung war er aufgelistet,aber leider nicht vorhanden.
