Large, beautiful resort "Villaggio A Mare", 4 storeys. 80 houses in the resort. 130 apartments in the residence. In the district of Lido Altanea 4 km from the centre of Caorle, 1.5 km from the centre of Porto Santa Margherita, 75 km from the centre of Venezia, 500 m from the sea. For shared use: property 45'000 m2 (fenced), well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool kidney-shaped (700 m2, seasonal availability: 25.Apr. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, hot tub, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, bistro, WiFi, shopping facilities, kiosk. Supermarket 600 m, bus stop 350 m, railway station "San Donà (Milano-Venezia-Triest)" 28 km, sandy beach 500 m, indoor swimming pool 400 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km. Die Ferienwohnung war nicht sauber. Das Sofa eine Katastrophe. WLAN kaum vorhanden. Geschirrtücher nicht vorhanden. Geschirr unzureichend. Nur Wassergläser. Fliegenschutz Rollo defekt. Wurde auch nicht ausgetauscht. Angeblich bestellt aber Lieferschwierigkeiten. In der Tiefgarage haben wir neue Rollos gesehen. Wurden aber nicht ausgetauscht. Keine elektrische Kaffeemaschine. Keine Erstausstattung in der Küche. Die Lage ist super, toller Pool aber die Ferienwohnung ist total abgewohnt. Schade.

Schöne Appartementanlage nahe am Meer

Schöne, sehr dicht besiedelte Appartementanlage nahe am Meer. Eine breitere Straße und ca. 500 m vom Meer entfernt, je nachdem wie weit man in der Anlage wohnt. Schöne kleine Bäckerei, Pizzeria und Ital. Bar in der Anlage. Caorle ist mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen und die nahegelegenen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten auch. Wir waren in der Nebensaison da und haben es als sehr ruhig genossen.

Etwas enttäuscht

Die Anlage sieht von außen schön aus, doch unsere Unterkunft war nicht mal richtig geputzt überall Staub. Die Dame ...an der Rezeption patzig und unfreundlich. Der Strand sauber aber für so eine Anlage zu klein. Die Schirme mit Liegen reichen nicht für alle, man musste schon vor 8 Uhr am Strand an der Anmeldung sein und sich ne Nummer reservieren. Wenn man erst um 10 Uhr zum Strand kommt gibts keine freie Liegen mehr und man sitzt dann den ganzen Tag in der prallen Sonne.

Rezeption sollte freundlicher auftreten, verspäteter Zimmerbezug durch zu späte Reinigung, bessere Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, bessere Küchenausstattung (z.B. keine Weingläser und keine Kehrschaufel vorhanden)

Die Wohnung war sauber . Was man auf jeden Fall mitbringen sollte sind : Toaster , Wasserkocher , Kaffeemaschine:) Reisetipps: Caorle ist sehr nett gelegen . Nicht ganz so voll ;) mit dem Auto fährt man nicht weit zum Einkaufen!

Im Großen und Ganzen zufrieden

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und sauber und auch die Bungalows sehen sehr ansprechend aus, aber die uns zugewiesene Wohnung im Haupthaus (Code CAO 646) ist für 4 Personen zu klein und das Bett eine Katastrophe (Matratze durchgelegen und quietscht), sollte dringend ausgetauscht werden. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und Liegen immer ausreichend vorhanden.
