Vue magnifique sur st Florent et sa baie

Le studio était spacieux et bénéficiait de toutes les commodités indispensables. La terrasse a été trÚs appréciée car spacieuse et sans vis à vis avec les autres résidents. La piscine était trÚs propre et calme. La résidence est bien située, à 20mn à pied du centre de St Florent, et entre le cap Corse, le désert des agriates, et l'ßle rousse. Je recommande

Excellent accueil, trÚs belle résidence avec piscine et trÚs beau jardin et surtout une vue magnifique sur la baie de Saint Florent. Mer à proximité immédiate. L'appartement est un peu vétuste mais rien qui mérite de ne pas mettre la note maximale...

Schöner Blick, Einrichtung schlecht

1. Anlage grundsĂ€tzlich annehmbar; Hausstrand nicht besonders schön; Pool war o.k., aber die Einstiegsleiter war defekt und stellte ein Unfallrisiko dar; ParkplĂ€tze ausreichend vorhanden und gut erreichbar 2. Einrichtung alt, abgenutzt und heruntergekommen; kein Wasserkocher; KĂŒhlschrank laut und störend beim Schlafen (nur 1 Raum) und unhygienisch; Sicherungskasten mitten im Studio ohne Abdeckung; Badezimmer schimmelig und ohne LĂŒftung; Kochtöpfe mit Metallgriffen und -deckeln; keine Topflappen vorhanden; defekter Wasserhahn an der KĂŒchenspĂŒle; Ventilator nicht richtig montiert; schmutzige Deckenlampen 3. Bett / Schlafcouch trotz Bitte um eine rĂŒckenfreundliche Schlafgelegenheit absolut unbequem und rĂŒckenschĂ€dlich 4. Personal war nett und freundlich 5. W-LAN nur unzureichend nutzbar und ausschließlich direkt im Bereich der Rezeption 6. BettwĂ€sche war lediglich ein großes Baumwolllaken und ein Kopfkissenbezug pro Person, schlechtes Preis-LeistungsverhĂ€ltnis 7. Obwohl eine Nichtraucherunterkunft, wurden intensiv die Balkone und Flure zum Rauchen genutzt, so dass der kalte Nikotingestank die Raumluft sowie das Sitzen auf dem Balkon unertrĂ€glich machte 8. Preis-Leistungs-VerhĂ€ltnis schlecht; keine Weiterempfehlung!!! Fotos können ggf. nachgereicht werden.

Bien équipé, vue magnifiquePetit bémol pour le couchage: lits superposés inaccessibles donc nous avons dormi dans le canapé lit Nous regrettons un peu , aussi, le manque de nettoyage dans le couloir de notre appartement ainsi que dans l'escalier: des taches rouges(sang ou vin?) sont restées pendant toute la semaine Conseils de voyage: Magnifique !

Die Anlage hat einen tollen Bl...

Die Anlage hat einen tollen Blick auf St Flo und den Plage de Roya. Leider ist sie in der Nebensaison jedoch etwas einsam und sehr ruhig. Einerseits schön, andererseits fehlt dadurch der Flair. Die Wohnungen sind in Ordnung, allerdings könnten Zb Spiegelund KĂŒchenfront etwas besser geputzt sein. Sonst sauber. Zu beachten ist, dass in den kleinen Whg nur Ausziehsofas stehen. Diese sind nicht gerade sehr komfortabel und können fĂŒr empfindliche Menschen ein Problem darstellen. Der Hausmeister ist aber sehrfreundlich, erklĂ€rt einem Alles sehr bemĂŒht und die Abwicklung ist unkompliziert. Pool sehr gepflegt / Blick super / Ausgangslage fĂŒr Unternehmungen toll / Fußweg 5 min zum Strand / kein Wlan / keine BĂ€ckerei in unmittelbarer NĂ€he, dafĂŒr aber alles in StFlo mit Auto 5 Min entfernt. Reisetipps: Westseite des Cap Corse ist super Saint Florent sehr nett StrĂ€nde Lotu und Saleccia schön desert des agriates balagne nebbio

Appartement vraiment mal meublĂ©, vieux et laid. PropretĂ© vraiment qui laissait Ă  dĂ©sirer. Odeur de renfermĂ©. Rideau de douche bon pour jeter Ă  la poubelle. pas de linge pour essuyer la vaisselle. Pas de climatiseur ni de ventilateur, comment dormir dans une pareille chaleur. Avons donc dĂ» nous acheter un ventilateur pour dormir la nuit que nous avons d'ailleurs laissĂ© lĂ -bas. Moissisures autour du bain, la douche tĂ©lĂ©phone rouillĂ©e, un matelas qui sentait mauvais.Bref, studio qui pourrait ĂȘtre trĂšs agrĂ©able pour deux personnes pcq. trĂšs bien situĂ©, mais qui aurait besoin d'un sĂ©rieux coup de pinceau et d'un renouvellement de mobilier et de rideaux Ă  la porte patio. Et Ă©galement muni de deux petites chaises de plage et d'un parasol pour profiter un peu de baignade Ă  la plage. Bref, nous sommes propriĂ©taire d'un condo au Mexique et je vous assure que le nĂŽtre est drĂŽlement supĂ©rieur en terme de propretĂ© et beaucoup mieux Ă©quipĂ©. Une vue de carte postale.

De la terrasse une vue de carte postale sur la baie de St Florent,une situation idéale à 300m de la plage et à 1km a pied du centre du magnifique village de St Florent.A proximité de lieux sublimes(Ile Rousse,Calvi,le désert des agriate etc...)L'appartement simple mais suffisament équipé pour de bonnes vacances .A recommander cette résidence trés bien entretenue et bien fleurie.
