Abgewohnte Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr abgewohnt, Küchenschranktüren mit Tape befestigt, Waschmaschine undicht, Duschkopf fallt immer runter, Handtücher und Bettwäsche ist schon sehr alt. Wlan funktioniert nur an der Rezeption, der Vermieter meint wir hätten den falschen Anbieter da wird man für Blöd verkauft. Die Terrasse ist direkt im Eingangsbereich keine Ruhe. Parken nur auf der Straße im Hof sind Dauerparker.

Renovierungsbedürftig

Wohnung renovierungsbedürftig: Matratzen sehr dünn und durchgelegen. Möbel alt. Küche renovierungsbedürftig, ein Drechschalter für eine der Gasplatten fehlt, Schrank mit Panzertape repariert (siehe Foto vom Anbieter). Gasversorgung wurde am letztenm Tag abgeschaltet/ausgefallen. Minimalausrüstung an Besteck. Aber: Neuer, großer Flachbildfernseher. Übergabe durch steckenden Wohnungsschlüssel, Rückgabe ebenso. Vermieter schlecht informiert/erreichbar. Internet gegen Ende ausgefallen.

Die genannten Punkte wurden direkt weitergeleitet, mit der Bitte um Überprüfung und Verbesserung vor Beginn neuer Gästebesuche. Nach Kontrolle entsprechen die Matratzen und Küchenausstattung dem ortsüblichen Standard, wobei die Wahrnehmung von Komfort natürlich individuell ist. Für Unterstützung oder Nachfragen vor Ort steht das lokale Team grundsätzlich zur Verfügung.

Pfannen am besten selber mitne...

Pfannen am besten selber mitnehmen. Die vorhandenen Pfannen sind allesamt defekt. Kaffeemaschine selber mitnehmen. Die ist auch defekt. Wir haben in einer der beiden Duschen den Duschkopf ersetzt, sollte jetzt in Ordnung sein. Das Bettsofa ist nur bedingt brauchbar weil es sehr als und etwas schmuddelig ist. Schüsseln gibt es auch nicht viele. Sollte man vermutlich am besten auch mitbringen. Internet kann man komplett vergessen. Das organisiert man sich auch am besten selber.Alles in allem ist die Infrastruktur ziemlich vernachlässigt. Wir waren jetzt im zweiten Jahr in der selben Wohnung und sowohl innen wie auch aussen wird durch die Vermieter nichts oder nur sehr wenig gemacht. Es ist davon aus zu gehen, dass nächstes Jahr die gesamte Infrastruktur nochmals schlechter geworden ist. Ich würde eher von der Wohnung abraten. Vermutlich gibt es bessere Appartements in der Nähe. Reisetipps: Istrien ist grossartig! Die Leute sind freundlich, das Essen ist gut und es gibt auch in der Hochsaison am Strand ruhige Ecken wo man ungestört sein kann. Entlang der Küste gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Infrastruktur ist gut und es gibt zahlreiche Supermärkte und gut ausgebaute Strassen um alles zu erkunden und eine schöne Zeit zu haben. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne! Wer allerdings den Sandstrand sucht ist hier falsch. Dafür gibt es klares, blaues, sauberes Wasser am Strand!

Zweckmäßige, aber vollständige...

Zweckmäßige, aber vollständige Einrichtung. Alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, aber nicht auf dem neuesten Stand. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter!!! Preis–Leistungsverhältnis für der Vorsaison stimmt! Reisetipps: Auto empfehlenswert!!!
