Property composed of main house and outbuilding 8 km from the centre of Bauduen, 8 km from the centre of Aups, 8 km from the lake. For shared use: natural state property 60 ha with plants and trees, meadow, pond, swimming pool (15 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Poolhouse, boccia, terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: breakfast room, WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Bread roll service on request. Parking on the premises. Shop 8 km, bus stop 8.5 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir waren zum dritten Mal da und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft war schön, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich, und die Umgebung gigantisch. Da wir in diesem Urlaub keine Heizung brauchten, gab es diesbezüglich dieses Mal kein Problem. Die Wochengebühr für die Heizung ist auch dann zu bezahlen, wenn nur an einem Tag geheizt wurde. Französisch Kenntnisse sind sowohl in der Anlage als auch zum Einkaufen unbedingt notwendig. Wir wurden in Nr.126 einquartiert.

Die Wohnung war sehr hellhörig...
Die Wohnung war sehr hellhörig, der barocke Stil gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Ausstattung teilweise billig, das Hundegebell war selbst für Hundeliebhaber penedrat und die Haltung eine Katastrophe ( ca. 30 Hunde ... teilweise an der Kette ...) Hohe Heizkostenberechnung ( 60 € pro Wo.) obwohl nur morgens i, Bad benötigt – wir hatten den Eindruck die hohen Räumen des Vermieters mit zu heizen ... Sowohl bei der Ankunft als auch der Abreise unfreundliche Abwicklung . Das Gelände ist zwar sehr weiträumig, jedochangrenzend verläuft ein militärisches Sperrgebiet, so dass kleinere Spaziergänge nur sehr begrenzt möglich sind; ... aus unserer Erfahrung Erfahrung nicht sehr empfehlenswert !

Ein Inter Chalet Mitarbeiter hat die Wohnung besichtigt. Entsprechend
unserer Beschreibung ist die Ausstattung
provenzalisch und gepflegt. Die Hunde sind zur Trüffelsuche
ausgebildet. Der Hundezwinger wird weiter von den
Wohnungen entfernt verlegt.

Très beau domaine mais peu adapté à un système de location.
Pas d'accueil le jour de l'arrivée (pas d'explications et la caution demandée en cours de semaine sans état des lieux)
Un réseau wifi et le décodeur télevisé non fonctionnels.
De nombreux problèmes liés à l'utilisation de l'eau (coupures quotidiennes, robinet de la salle de bain défaillant, chasse d'eau peu efficace, une soirée sans eau chaude).
Promiscuité des terasses et donc peu d'intimité.
Manque d'objets usuels et de produits d'entretien.
Nous avons fait part de ces disfonctionnement aux gérants, malgré une mise en doute de notre parole, des réparations ont été effectuées mais les coupures d'eau et l'accès inexistant au wifi ont continué.
