Très bon produit
Superbe maison avec de l'espace pour tout le monde. La remise des clefs est à MAZAMET car il n'y a plus d'accueil au Domaine Royal Green. A part cela , tout est parfait (literie, propreté,l'état de la maison...) Les photos correspondent à l'état réel de la maison.

Belle villa
La villa n°17 est au calme isolée des voisins. Très bon accueil. Merci à la réceptionniste d'avoir été à notre écoute et très serviable. Les bémols: la piscine est ombragé par un arbre. Les feuilles tombent constamment à l'intérieur. Le technicien était désagréable car selon lui ce n'était pas a lui de la nettoyer. Les lits sont peu confortables. Pas de clim, il fait chaud a l'étage. L'équipement cuisine est vieillissant. Le frigo n'était pas fonctionnel. Notre sejour fut tout de même agréable.

Das Haus selbst ist großzügig ...
Das Haus selbst ist großzügig geschnitten und toll. Besonders angenehm ist die Zimmeraufteilung in Kombination mit den Bädern. Die Ausstattung in der Küche lässt praktisch keine Wünsche offen, allerdings haben die Töpfe und Küchenmesser ihre beste Zeit hinter sich. Als sehr angenehm empfanden wir den separaten Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner. Die Garage hat einen direkten Zugang zum Haus. Der Reinigungszustand war insgesamt, zumindest an den offensichtlichen Stellen, zufriedenstellend bis gut.Bäder, Schlafzimmer und Küche waren sehr sauber. An den eher unzugänglicheren Stellen wäre eine Grundreinigung aber mal angebracht gewesen. Die Matratzen sind ungewöhnlich aber nicht unangenehm straff. Die Rezeption reagiert auf Wünsche und Probleme sehrschnell und kundenorientiert. Die Außenanlagen sind leider sehr lieblos und deutlich ungepflegt. Dafür ist der Pool eine Wucht. Großzügig und sehr sauber (wird 1 x pro Woche gereinigt + regelmäßige Wasserstandskontrollen). Nach unserer Einschätzung ist das Haus 101 das Beste der Anlage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es sowohl in Mazamet als auch in nahegelegenen Ortschaften, insb. Castres, jede Menge. Reisetipps: Carcassonne ist Pflicht und sehr empfehlenswert. Man sollte auf jeden Fall den Eintritt bezahlen und die Gesamtanlage besichtigen. Fahrzeit etwa 1 Std. Für eine Fahrt nach Beziers sollte man etwa 1,5 Std Fahrzeit einrechnen. Wir haben es in Kombination mit einem Besuch von Le Cap dÁgde zum Tagesausflug gemacht – das hat sich rentiert!

Hatten das Haus zum zweiten Ma...
Hatten das Haus zum zweiten Mal gebucht, wobei es dieses Mal, vermutlich weil Saisonende, nicht ganz so gepflegt war. So waren z.B. die Abflüsse in den den Bädern teilweise verstopft. In allen Fällen war die Mitarbeiterin der Rezeption äußerst freundlichund hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war in englischer Sprache gänzlich unproblematisch möglich. Im Vergleich zum Vorjahr waren neue Sofas aufgestellt, die Matratzen der Betten waren aber immer noch ungewöhnlich hart.Die Ausstattung der Küche ist nahezu komplett, wenngleich teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Reisetipps: Wir hatten dieses Jahr die Wandersachen dabei und konnten in der näheren Umgebung einige schöne Touren machen. Bei Interesse einfach in der Tourismusinformation in Mazamet nachfragen oder der dortigen Internetseite nachschauen. Ein Ausflug nach Toulouse (Fahrzeit mit dem Pkw etwa 1 Std) ist empfehlenswert wobei es sich empfiehlt, am Stadtrand zu parken und mit der Metro in die Stadt zu fahren.
