Private: property 1'250 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, parking, single garage. Supermarket 1.2 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Trez Bellec" 2.2 km, indoor swimming pool 15 km. Nearby attractions: Camaret 21 km, Cap de la Chèvre 24 km, Pointe de Pen Hir 24 km, Abbaye de Landevennec 13 km, Oceanopolis, Brest 48 km, Douarnenez 27 km. Hiking paths: Presqu'île de Crozon 1 km.

Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), shower. Sep. WC. Heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Nous avons passé la semaine parfaite dans cette magnifique maison de Telgruc-sur-Mer.La maison est magnifique, grande, superbement décorée et bien entretenue.Le jardin est lui aussi au top et permet un maximum d'activités en plein air.Vue imprenable depuis la maison et le jardin sur la baie de Douarnenez.Toutes les commodités (supermarché, boulangerie, marché, bar, ...) à proximité.Le tout avec une maîtresse de maison souriante, prévenante et super impliquée.Nous reviendrons c'est certain.Guy, Virginie, Raphaël & Gabin

Tolles, komfortables Haus, wunderschöne Gegend, auch mit Haustier sehr zu empfehlen, immer wieder gerne! Ruhige Gegend, freundliche Menschen, freundliche Vermieter, sehrentspannte Ferien dort verbracht, selbst unser Hund hat sich hier sehr wohl gefühlt, kleines Dorf mit gut ausgestattete Supermarkt, alles was zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit! Tolle Lage, perfekt ausgestattet

Ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus. Der Strand von Telgruc ist nicht weit und sehr schön. Perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um die Crozon Halbinsel und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, nur die Terrasse an sonnige, warmen Tagen sehr warm.

Schönes Haus mit Aussicht von der Terrasse auf das Meer, Die Zimmer haben für uns fünf Personen auch gut ausgereicht. Am schönsten war die Doppeldusche in einem der Badezimmer.

Très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette belle maison située sur la presqu île de Crozon, point de départ d une multitude de balades et de visites. L accueil par la propriétaire a été très chaleureux. Celle ci fait tout pour que l on se sente bien elle et c est le cas ! La maison est moderne, agencée avec goût, vue sur la mer au loin. Rien ne manque et la literie est très bonne. Bref, nous nous sommes énormément plus dans cette maison et nous y reviendrons sûrement.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme de l’emplacement ainsi que la décoration aux touches marines. La présence de prise ethernet murales est très appréciable surtout en ces temps où le télétravail ouvre la possibilité de partir plus souvent en famille tout en travaillant

2éme séjour dans cette location où nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Très calme,aménagement intérieur complet,décoré avec goût. En deux séjours de 15 jours nous n’avons pas fini les sentiers de randonnée...nous avons emmené les vélos(électriques)pour la deuxième période compte tenu des pistes chemins divers et variés. Footing à proximité sur des GR bordant l’océan,vues d’exception et petites grimpettes! Propriétaire charmante ,.qui en plus des divers plans et revues locales,avait fait l’acquisition d’un guide complet de randonnées .

Maison moderne très bien agencée.Rien ne manque à l’intérieur le moindre détail est bien pensé et fonctionnel. Acceuil parfait de la propriétaire des lieux.Calme intégral à proximité du GR 34 et donc de la côte.Presqu’ile de crozon magnifique pour les amoureux de la nature et des randonnées à pied ou en vélo.Dommage que les restaurants aient été fermés suite au COVID
