Belle maison bien Ă©quipĂ©e dans un quartier calme. Le jardin est grand bien clĂŽturĂ© et bien amĂ©nagĂ©. La maison Ă©tait trĂšs propre Ă  notre arrivĂ©e.L’agence qui s’occupe de la location est trĂšs sympa et rĂ©active. La belle plage de Ker Elisabeth est Ă  10 minutes Ă  pied. Seul bĂ©mol, la qualitĂ© mĂ©diocre des matelas. Ils mĂ©riteraient d’ĂȘtre changĂ©s pour apporter plus de confort. Avec ce changement la maison serait notĂ©e 5 Ă©toiles

Maison trÚs agréable, jardin soigné et calme au rendez vous.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la maison et le jardin sont conformes aux descriptions. L'accueil était trÚs chaleureux. La seule ombre au tableau fut la pluie quotidienne sur une semaine... Mais cela on ne peut pas le contrÎler. Nous reviendrons trÚs certainement.

Maison bien située avec un beau terrain

Le quartier est trĂšs agrĂ©able et calme. De nombreux chemins Ă  proximitĂ© Ă  pratiquer Ă  pied ou Ă  vĂ©lo. En revanche le confort est sommaire, la literie n’est pas confortable. Idem pour le canapĂ©. Le parasol n’est pas dimensionnĂ© pour la table extĂ©rieure. Manque d’ombre pour manger dehors c’est dommage. Les chambres Ă  l’étage sont petites et trĂšs mansardĂ©es la porte de l’une d’elles ne ferme pas. Manque de place Ă©galement dans la piĂšce de vie. Enfin la maison est trĂšs mal isolĂ©e phoniquement.

Belle prestation, maison trÚs propre et emplacement trÚs agréable. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour y passer de bonnes vacances. Grand jardin au calme, bien cloûturé, mon chien et mon petit fils étaient en sécurité,bordure de bois,promenades quartier résidentiel et 800 m à pied de la plage. Supermarché prÚs de la maison. manque juste du rangement car trop de vaisselle dans les placards. Personnel de réception super gentil et disponible (A. merci pour votre attention et gentillesse).

Rustige woning ideaal gelegen voor bezoek in de omgeving. Woning met grote tuin is ok. Achter de woning is er wel vrij camperen. Wat minder is, is staat en inrichting van meubilair. Zeer lage 2 persoonsbedden met dunne matras. De zetel in de living voor max 3 personen is helemaal doorgezakt. Keukeninrichting en toestellen in orde. Tuinmeubilair voldoende.

A environ 500 m de la mer, cette location offre tout le confort pour des vacances. Le coin est résidentiel et trÚs tranquille. Nous y reviendrons.

Funktionell und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtete Ferienunterkunft. KĂŒche war gut aber billig bestĂŒckt. Man hat sich schnell an das billige Blechbesteck gewöhnt. Aus den SchrĂ€nken roch es muffig. Großes Plus war der zweite KĂŒhlschrank in der Garage. Das Obergeschoss mit drei Schlafzimmern war lieblos eingerichtet, noch nicht einmal Bilder an der Wand. Kleine Doppelbetten von 1,20 x 1,80 GrĂ¶ĂŸe. Leider fehlt ein WĂ€schestĂ€nder um die WĂ€sche auch bei schlechtem Wetter zu trocknen, es gibt eine WĂ€cheleine in den BĂ€umen/BĂŒchen beim Parkplatz. Keine Gardrobe um regennasse Jacken aufzuhĂ€ngen. Große Wiese zum Spielen am Haus und kurzer Weg zum schönen Strand und Suppermarkt. Reisetipps: Epfehlenswert ist ein Besuch von Vannes und den Salzfeldern bei GuĂ©rande. Ein Ausflug zum Mont St. Michel dauert ca. 3Std. ist aber Lohnenswert. Sowohl bei Ebbe als auch bei Flut konnte man am schönen Strand gut baden.

Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Strasse, trotz der relativen NĂ€he (6 min zu Fuß) zu einem sehr schönen Strand. Großer Supermarkt ist auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Allerdings ist das Haus relativ hellhörig. Bzgl. der Ausstattung könnte man noch etwas verbessern. Z.B. gibt es nur 2 LiegestĂŒhle. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Maison trĂšs agrĂ©able dans un cadre calme et verdoyant. Beau jardin bien entretenu avec terrasse abritĂ©e pour profiter du beau temps sur les transats. Proche de la plage Ă  pied. TrĂšs bien situĂ© pour les visites et balades sur la cĂŽte sauvage avec de superbes paysages. Parfait pour des vacances en famille. Confort satisfaisant sauf bĂ©mol sur les oreillers et les poĂȘles trĂšs abimĂ©es (revĂȘtement tĂ©fal). Le reste RAS. A refaire avec plaisir. Merci Ă  Fanny pour son accueil trĂšs convivial.

Nous avons passĂ© d’excellentes vacances dans cette superbe rĂ©gion surtout aussi grĂące Ă  la location qui Ă©tait quasis parfaite, propriĂ©tĂ©e rĂ©cente avec tout ce qu’il faut sur un grand terrain au calme dans quartier rĂ©sidentiel ... A voir; Bien sur La Turballe, GuĂ©rande mais aussi Le Croisic, La Baule, non loin de Rochefort en Terre, Vannes, Pornic ... une semaine bien rempli avec un temps exceptionnel SĂ©jour trĂšs satisfaisant... Ă  refaire !!
