Upper floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings with 1 sofabed (130 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und die Vermieterin spricht sogar deutsch. Das Haus ist in einem sehr ordentlichem Zustand und bestens sortiert. Das Haus liegt zwar direkt an einer Straße, aber durch den geringen Verkehr in keiner Weise störend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden!

Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gemütlich und modern eingerichtet. Gute Gartenmöbel vorhanden. Die Eigentümerin sehr nett und entgegenkommend, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Sie spricht gut deutsch. Einziges Manko waren 3 Tage andauernde Baumfällarbeiten in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, dadurch erhebliche Lärmbelästigung. Da konnte aber die Vermieterin nichts dran ändern.

Wunderbarer Urlaub

Ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes, liebevoll eingerichtetes und renoviertes Ferienhaus. Die sehr freundlichen Vermieter, die direkt gegenüber wohnen, begrüßten uns herzlich und waren bei Bedarf unsere Ansprechpartner. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Die Küche hat alle notwendigen Utensilien. Das Haus liegt günstig. Zum nächsten Bäcker, einer Post und kleinem Supermarkt sind es 3km. Zu einer Einkaufszone mit großem Supermarkt sind es 10km. Die nächsten Strände sind 20 – 45 min entfernt.

Séjour détente entre amis

Superbe séjour dans cette magnifique région, nous avons adoré le gîte super bien équipé et très bien placé pour découvrir la côte et l’intérieur du département Tout était parfait même le temps, merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil surtout merci d’avoir accepté nos 2 Leonbergs qui se sont eux aussi vraiment éclatés dans le jardin. Je ne sais pas si le hasard nous ramènera dans la région mais si c’était le cas c’est ici que nous reviendrions. N’hésitez surtout pas à venir passer vos vacances ici c’était trop bien !!!

Confort et calme au milieu de tout

Très belle location au calme, dans un environnement verdoyant, avec tout le confort à sa disposition. Facile de faire du vélo, de se rendre en voiture dans les sites touristiques (La Baule, Guérande, Pornic, Vannes, Rochefort-en-Terre, Le Croisic...), de profiter de cette belle région. Et l'accueil et le suivi sont au top!

Agréable séjour dans une parfaite maison! Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft: Hervorragend ausgestattetes kleines Haus, das sich in einem sehr guten baulichen Zustand befindet. Insbesondere die Ausstattung mit Küchenmaterialien stellt alle uns bekannten Unterkünfte in den Schatten, insbesondere solche dieser Preisklasse. Die Eigentümerin ist sehr aufgeschlossen und zugewandt und spricht recht ordentlich deutsch. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und etwas abgeschieden, aber alles was man brau

Séjour très agréable, du «comme chez soi» parfait!

Accueil chaleureux , la propriétaire sait se faire discrète, et à l'écoute de ses clients, toujours disponible en toutes circonstances! Location située dans un village tranquille, idéal pour le repos, mais néanmoins géographiquement bien situé, à proximité d'une voie rapide, permettant de rayonner facilement dans la région, afin d'en découvrir toutes les attractions touristiques!

Des vacances formidables

Le GRAFFI'TY est une maison très agréable et fonctionnelle. Au calme dans la campagne, elle est proche des villes et des lieux touristiques. Le séjour a été facilité par la gentillesse de la propriétaire et son attention à l'égard des enfants. Elle a été disponible avant et pendant notre séjour, ce qui est toujours appréciable. Nous avons pu profiter du jardin et de la maison au calme. Location à recommander fortement.
