The cottage is located 400 m from shops and restaurants, 9 km from Guérande and the nearest beaches, 15 km from major seaside resorts such as La Baule, Pornichet, Le Pouliguen, Le Croisic, Piriac, La Turballe, and 20 km from St Nazaire (construction of the Giants of the Seas). Pond and small beach, supervised swimming in summer 400 m away.
Private and enclosed garden of 100 m².
Ground floor: living room with open fitted kitchen (Senseo coffee machine), small veranda and separate toilet. Upstairs (stairs a bit steep but secure): 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 cm bed, 2: 1 140x190 cm bed + 90x190 cm sofa bed) and bathroom/toilet.
Not included: Electricity, electric heating during the heating season (flat rate €9/day), sheets (€8/person/stay), towels (€6/person/stay).
Charging for electric vehicles is not permitted. Pets are not allowed.
