The cottage is 400 m from shops and restaurants, 9 km from Guérande and the nearest beaches, 15 km from major seaside resorts such as La Baule, Pornichet, Le Pouliguen, Le Croisic, Piriac, and La Turballe, and 20 km from Saint-Nazaire (site of the shipbuilding giants). A pond and small beach with lifeguards are 400 m away in the summer.

Ground floor: living/dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen (Senseo coffee machine) and traditional filter coffee maker. Small veranda and separate WC. Upstairs (slightly steep but safe staircase): 2 bedrooms (1: 160x200 cm bed, 2: 140x190 cm bed + 90x190 cm sofa bed) and shower room/WC.
