Ground floor apartment (semi-basement) of a family house 20 meters from the beach of Lérat, Piriac sur Mer. Halfway between the villages of Piriac and La Turballe. No road to cross to get to the beach. One bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a convertible daybed. Shower room with toilet, sink and shower. Kitchen with electric cooker, under-counter fridge, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots, plates, glasses and cutlery. Access to the garden. Bed linen and bath towels are provided.

Bon accueil, mauvais gîte en 1/2 sous-sol

Malgré un accueil sympathique, une cuisine bien complète, nous sommes très déçus par ce gîte trop cher pour ce qu'il propose. Il est en 1/2 sous-sol (ce qui n'est dit nul part) et donc très humide. Un déshumidificateur avec son ronronnement doit tourner en permanence. Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres autrement qu'en les basculant. La vision sur l’extérieur est très limitée. La literie défoncée et la salle d'eau rustique : tout cela me font proposer au propriétaire de séjourner qq jours dans son gîte : ainsi il comprendra ces propos.

Magique

Week-end de retrouvailles familiales dans ce petit coin de paradis. Petit nid douillet avec le bruit des vagues en bruit de fonds. L'appartement est reposant et de très bon goût. Un Havre de paix, un accueil très sympathique et bienveillant. Un souvenir inoubliable.

Great Location, Great Owner

The owner was very helpful from initial booking to check out. Communicated well with us, and was gracious to accommodate our schedule. The location was perfect. A few steps from the beach, with ample, easy parking. Would definitely stay again.

Agréable séjour dans cet mignon logement juste à côté de la mer

Sympathique relation avec l'hôte. Logement immédiatement proche de la mer et d'une plage. Un peu éloigné des commerces. Chouette aménagement et décoration, ambiance maritime. De très beaux livres sur la mer. Petit jardin agréable. Quelques finitions de bricolage à revoir, comme la pause du carrelage de la salle de bain. Globalement je recommande ++.
