Set of 4 apartments located facing the beach. South/south-west loggia of 5 m² facing the sea + courtyard shared by the 4 apartments with barbecue.
On the 1st floor: fitted kitchen open to living room (folding bed 140x190), 2 bedrooms (1: 140x190 bed, 2: 2 90x190 beds), shower room and separate toilet.
Equipment included: wifi, tumble dryer, baby bed.
Included: electricity.
Not included: electric heating (10€/day), sheets, towels and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning fee for professional customers (65€).
1 pet accepted free of charge (maximum 15 kg - deposit 100€).
La Turballe 2.5 km, Guérande 7 km, La Baule 20 km.
