This cosy, well-appointed cottage is located in a residential leisure park, "les cottages de La Baule", between La Baule and Guérande. From July, it has a shared indoor swimming pool, steam room, sauna and children's play areas for the summer, as well as a boules pitch.
The cottage comprises :
- one bedroom with a double bed ;
- a second bedroom with a bed for people weighing less than 50 kg and 1 pull-out bed (2x80);
- a shower room
- a fully equipped kitchen
- a sitting area to relax in after a day's walking;
- a dining area;
- a garden ;
- and a communal swimming pool.
Bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

You can cycle to La Baule and Guérande on the Vélocéan.

Guérande is a charming medieval town in the heart of the Pays de la Loire region, in the Loire-Atlantique département. Surrounded by the salt marshes for which it is famous, the town is located some 15 km from Saint-Nazaire, not far from the Atlantic coast.
A popular tourist destination, this beautiful Loire-Atlantique town is as attractive for its ancient architecture as it is for its attachment to cultural traditions.
