Ideal stay for couple with dog

La Baule is simply wonderful with its belle époque villas and hotels, and its “little Nice” bay and boulevard. The house with enclosed garden is well equiped and perfect for a couple with dog, but would be rarther small for 4 people. On warm days you better close the west side shutters for the evening sun but in the morning the ocean breeze cools it all down. Be sure to visit Saint Nazaire, the fisher villages and Guérande which are very close. If you have money to spend, go to one of the Barrière restaurants, old school excellence, just like La Baule!

Sehr süßes kleines Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr nettem Vermieter. Der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt, sodass wir uns keine Sorgen um Hund und Kind machen mussten. Auch die Lage ist perfekt, der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.Wir waren top zufrieden.

Des propriétaires discrets mais aux petits soins. La location est au calme tout en permettant d'acceder à la plage en dix mn de marche. les propriétaires ont été parfaits avant et pendant notre séjour. Charmants et très accueillants. La maison et son jardin sont idéals pour un séjour que nous aurions aimé prolonger. Maison impeccable et très bien équipée pour notre famille de 4 avec un gros chien. Résidence super avec piscine et sécurisée. Proche (7 minutes en voiture) d'un centre commercial. Proche du centre de la Baule et des plages. Nous reviendrons !!

Au calme et proche de la plage

Petite maison indépendante sans vis à vis et dans une résidence sécurisée, bien entretenue, végétalisée et tranquille avec piscine propre et agréable. Nous sommes allés à la plage principale de La Baule à pied de la résidence en moins de 10 mn. Nombreuses ballades, visites, découvertes aux alentours. Seul petit inconvénient, pour acheter du pain ou aller au Centre ville, c'est un peu plus long Bon contact avec M et Mme BOYER que nous remercions encore.

Super ! En fait, on est à la Baule puisque le panneau est juste à côté de la maison.

Maison charmante, décorée avec goût. Tout est fonctionnel Le jardin est un gros plus La plage à proximité 8 minutes à pied. Le club de plage est très bien pour les enfants. Il y a un poney club juste derrière. Un air de jeux également à côté Et le restaurant du club de tennis est excellent ! Et enfin la piscine de la résidence, est bien exposée et quand le soleil est là, l'eau est délicieuse en fin d'après-midi.

TRÈS AGREABLE

Séjour très agréable malgré le temps instable qui régnait partout en France et donc exceptionnellement sur La Baule cette année. Donc, malgré ce temps, la résidence, l'environnement et la maison furent très agréables. Mr et Mme Boyer sont des personnes très appréciables même si nos échanges ne furent que par téléphone. Je rajoute que le gardien Mr Henry est très disponible et très gentil. Mr et Mme Boyer sont très à l'écoute et disponibles pour rendre le séjour positif. La maison possède tout ce qu'il faut pour un agréable séjour "comme à la maison", rien ne manquait à notre confort et pour l'organisation journalière du quotidien. A refaire sûrement.... Merci encore pour tout.
