Located in a private residence with caretaker and communal pool, this fully renovated holiday home is an 8-minute walk from the beautiful Benoit beach, in La Baule, in the area of major hotels.

The house is composed of:
- a living room with sofa bed, flat screen tv
- an equipped kitchen, opened on the stay (dishwasher, furnace, microwaves, refrigerator, plates of baking, hood ..)
- a bedroom with a double bed (160x200)
- a bedroom with 2 single beds (can be converted into a double bed)

un très agréable séjour

La maison est très fonctionnelle et très pratique pour une famille. Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir un temps magnifique et avons pu circuler en vélos (à disposition pour les adultes). Lalocalisation est très pratique à 5 minutes en vélo de la plage et à 3 minute à pieds du site du jumpng de la baule (qui a eu lieu quand nous étions là) qui s'est révélé être une très belle activitépour les enfants Merci pour ce séjour!!

Très agréable location

La maison est conforme au descriptif. Elle est bien située dans une résidence très propre et très calme. Elle est bien équipée, rien ne manque. La propriétaire est très réactive en cas de problème. L'accueil et le départ se font avec les gardiens. Nous remercions les gardiens pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur gentillesse. Très bon séjour malgré un temps mitigé ce qui ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine .
