Wir sind als 4köpfige Familie & Hund verreist. Es gab zu wenig Stauraum, so dass es nur bedingt möglich war unser Gepäck auszupacken. Der Badschrank war voll mit persönlichen Dingen des Vermieters. In der Küche fehlten einige notdürftige Dinge. Leider wurde die Wohnung nicht ordnungsgemäß gereinigt vor unserer Ankunft. Die Kommunikation zum Vermieter war tadellos. Der Hausmeister vor Ort sprach nur französisch, half bei Fragen aber zu jeder Tageszeit.

Bonjour Madlen,
Je suis surpris par votre message ainsi la note de 6/10 que vous nous avez laissé, qui contredit les points forts vous avez pourtant coché : arrivée, communication, emplacement et exactitude de l'annonce.
D'ailleurs, durant votre séjour, vous nous avez indiqué que "l'appartement est très charmant" et avez loué la disponibilité du Gardien de la Résidence.
Vous sembliez néanmoins nous reprocher l'impossibilité de balader votre chien sur la plage en journée à cette période - ce que nous regrettons également - ce qui a peut-être laissé un goût amer à votre séjour... sans que cela ne soit néanmoins de notre responsabilité...
Concernant le ménage, vous êtes arrivés bien avant l'heure prévue lors de la réservation, et alors que le ménage était encore en cours puisque vos prédécesseurs (qui nous ont accordé la note de 10) étaient partis quelques instants avant vous.
Les "effets" qui se trouvent dans les placards de la salle d'eau sont des produits de première nécessité, que nos vacanciers nous remercient généralement de laisser à disposition.
Concernant la place, il y a des rangements dans chacune des chambres, généralement nos vacanciers nous indiquent qu'ils ont pu ranger toutes leurs affaires sans difficulté et en sont plutôt satisfaits.
Enfin, pour les ustensiles de cuisine, ces derniers sont neufs du mois de juillet : vous nous aviez simplement indiqué qu'il manquait un éplucheur à légumes, qui a été rajouté depuis.
J'espère que vous avez tout de même passé un bon séjour et de belles fin de vacances.

Beau logement, parfait pour un court séjour à 2 adultes et un enfant. Résidence calme et les horaires de la piscine permettent d'en profiter pleinement. Les jeux pour enfants ont été apprécié par notre fils.

Logement bien pour un court séjour car petit et pas de climatisation et à l’étage dans la mezzanine chaleur infernale pour dormir par 30 degrés (les deux seuls bémols et inconvénients de la location)

Bonjour Isabelle, une climatisation mobile est disponible à l'étage - qui n'est pas une mezzanine - et il ne faut surtout pas hésitez à demander au gardien de la résidence en cas d'incompréhension quant à son fonctionnement.
