Beau type 2 redone and newly furnished, contemporary, comfortable lift. Beautiful terrace overlooking private park, southwest exposure. At 400 meters from the beach and Pouliguen Benedict the center. Private parking with plate to our name very close to the entrance of the residence.
A beautiful living room extending onto the terrace with garden furniture for up to 6 guests, a separate bedroom with a large wardrobe, a separate cabin with 2 bunk beds and wardrobe, kitchenette with dishwasher, oven multifunction, electric hob, fridge, coffee maker and toaster. A bathroom with bath and shower, separate WC. 4 people with the possibility of an extra bed for two people with a sofa bed. Flat screen TV and HiFi.

Séjour très agréable

L'appartement est très agréable, très bien équipé et très bien situé à la limite entre La Baule et Le Pouliguen. Les propriétaires sont également très sympathiques. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
