Beautiful duplex apartment completely renovated in 2019, located in the city center of Batz sur Mer. The beach is 200 meters away, the market square is 50 meters away and all other shops are 200 meters away. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a multi-function oven and an extractor hood. Bedroom 1 with balcony, is equipped with a double bed (160 x 190) with wardrobes and wardrobe. Bedroom 2 is equipped with a bunk bed (90x190) at the top and a bed (140x190). Storage is in the basement.
