Sehr gut ausgestattet aber nichts für Kinder unter 5 oder 6 Jahren

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Sie war recht sauber und super ausgestattet. Sie liegt sehr gut und der dazugehörige Parkplatz ist, gerade in der Hochsaison, sehr nützlich! Wichtig zu wissen ist aber, dass die Treppe vom Esszimmer ins Kindergeschoss sehr gefährlich ist. Sie ist eng, steil und hat sehr spitze Kanten. Wir waren die ganze Zeit damit beschäftigt den Kleinen (1.5 Jahre) davon abzuhalten drauf zu gehen. Es gab keine Möglichkeit sie mit einem Stuhl oder so zu versperren. Mein Mann und der Große (4 Jahre) sind beim Absteigen auch öfters auf den Po gefallen. Der Kleine ist mal vom Boden aus über die Ecke der untersten Stufe gefallen und hat sich einen ordentlichen blutenden Kratzer an der Brust zugezogen. Außerdem wird das Zimmer unterm Dach im Sommer sehr warm. Weiter zu beachten ist, dass das Haus recht hellhörig ist. Als mein Sohn mal einen Wutausbruch hatte (was mit 4 meiner Meinung nach normal ist, in Frankreich aber anscheinend nicht...), standen die Vermieter an der Tür und haben sich nicht nur beschwert oder beklagt. Nein, sie meinten mein Sohn wäre ein unerträgliches Gör. Ob er denn Verhaltensgestört sei und ob ihn sich schon mal ein Arzt angesehen hat. Wir sollen uns darauf einstellen, dass sie am Abreisetag um PUNKT zehn Uhr auf der Matte stehen und sich die Wohnung GANZ genau anschauen werden, dass auch ja nichts kaputt gegangen ist. In meinen Augen eine absolute Frechheit. Wenn man eine Wohnung mit drei Kinderbetten anbietet sollte man doch davon ausgehen, dass diese nicht den ganzen Tag still auf ihren Stühlen sitzen sondern, lachen, weinen, hüpfen und auch mal schreien und stampfen! Seit dem Gespräch hatte ich jedes Mal Angst sie stehen wieder vor der Tür, sobald eines der Kinder mit ihren kleinen Autos auf dem Boden spielt, mal hüpft oder weint. Wir waren dann jedes Mal sehr unentspannt sobald wir zurück in die Wohnung kamen. Wer eine Wohnung für Familien vermietet sollte auch die dazugehörigen Unannehmlichkeiten in Kauf nehmen. Deswegen ist die Wohnung nur für Familien mit größeren Kindern zu empfehlen.

Le Pouliguen tout à pied

Séjour très agréable dans cet appartement très bien placé au Pouliguen pour des vacances tout à pied. Logement très bien équipé pour des vacances en famille et joliment décoré. L'accès au dortoir de l'étage est par contre un peu difficile et à surveiller pour des enfants très jeunes.

Superbe séjour

La propriété est idéalement située à proximité du centre ville et de la plage, on peut donc se rendre sur ces lieux en 5 minutes à pied. Pouliguen est une station balnéaire familiale qui ravira à la fois les adultes et enfants du fait de nombreuses activités disponibles aux alentours (location vélo, bateaux, jet ski). L'appartement était très propre, bien agencé pour recevoir une grande famille et surtout très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, serviables et chaleureux. Je ne peux que recommander cette location. Encore merci à Monsieur et madame Parrege pour leur gentillesse. Mr et Mme Jullien.

Une pépite au centre du Pouliguen

Nous avons passé 3 semaines (août 2021) dans ce logement grand, fonctionnel, parfaitement équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Idéal pour les familles avec enfants. La chambre du haut dédiée (en ce qui nous concerne) aux enfants et ados est exceptionnelle. C'était leur espace. Tout se fait à pieds ou en vélo : plages, commerces... M. et Mme PARREGE, gentils, très serviables et à l'écoute. Rapport qualité/prix, juste parfait. Je recommande. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés

Appartement Duplex décoré avec goût, très propre et très bien agencé. Chambre dortoir à l’étage idéal pour 3 enfants. Balcon agréable à 2 pour le petit déjeuner et le repos après la plage, dans les pins. Propriétaires très accueillants. Possibilité de profiter du jardin et du barbecue. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances! La propriété est très bien située et très propre. Les enfants sont ravi(e)s d'avoir un grand espace qui leur est dédié. Et Josette et Gérard sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes sans être envahissants, ce qui est très appréciable! Nous avons passé une très belle semaine et espérons vraiment y retourner au plus vite.

Maison et propriétaires très très agréables, ils ont l’amour de leur bien ainsi que l’hospitalité adéquate. Parfait pour 6 personnes, avec l’étage qui est au top pour les enfants. Tout est à proximité plage, port, marché, commerces,... Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir si nous voulons profiter de ce secteur.

Really satisfactory

We booked 2 weeks and loved it very much. Sea close by , as well the boulevard with all restaurants. We came to play golf and tennis and we had the tennis court next to the house , as well lots of golf olf courses were near by. The appartment was clean and spacecious , no complains at all. All in all we enjoyed every day.
