Die Ferienwohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet. Alle Möbel passen gut zusammen. Das Geschirr ist zusammengewürfelt und hat Macken/angeschlagen. Leider ist das Geschirr bei der Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber, genauso die Dusche und die Schränke.

Appartement laissé a l abandon.nonbreux trous au mur et coup au porte. étant en rez de jardin l'espace extérieur était lui aussi très salé les murs jamais nettoyés ne donnaient pas envie de séjourner dehors.dommage que lors de la réservation il n y ai pas la possibilité de choisir l emplacement de l appart.surtout en juin!!!!!! Tout n était pas réservé. La piscine aussi donne mauvaise impression.les transats sont sales il n y a aucun parasol et aucune table basse. Quand aux échelles pour descendre dans l eau ils manquaient des marche ce qui rendait l accès difficile. Dommage aussi que le bar extérieur soit fermé les après midi. Et pour finir le ménage à l arrivée. N avait pas été fait. Le sol poussiéreux et non lavé.le frigo freeze a l intérieur et le pommeau de douche fuyait.... Donc très déçue par ce prestataire.

Thanks for your review. We are very sorry that you were not satisfied with the on-site service. The agency offered to do another cleaning, but unfortunately the guests refused. There are four ladders by the pool and only one ladder is missing some steps. As soon as they are delivered, the repair can be carried out.

Angekommen in einer Gegend die den Charme eines Ghettos hatte und Schlüssel aus dem Schlüsselsafe gefischt sind wir zu unserem Appartement gegangen. Am dunklen Treppenhaus angekommen ist mir am deutlichsten der starke Uringeruch im Gedächtnis geblieben. Wir haben unser Appartement betreten und wollten rückwärts wieder raus. Es war klein, siffig und einfach ungemütlich. Leider konnten wir uns nicht direkt beschweren da die Rezeption nur stundenweise besetzt ist. Also haben wir erst einmal die Betten bezogen. Bettwäsche lag freundlicherweise bereit. Leider war nur die Hälfte davon zu gebrauchen dir andere Hälfte war voll großer gelber Flecken von denen ich besser verdränge was das war. Am nächsten Tag haben wir im nahegelegenen Supermarkt erst einmal Putzmittel besorgt und unser Urlaub hat damit begonnen dass wir erstmal die ganze Wohnung geputzt haben. Beschwerde an der Rezeption brachte nichts. Ich denke Personal hat das schon oft erlebt und ist entsprechend abgehärtet. Wir haben uns dann nach der 2. Nacht eine neue Unterkunft gesucht und sind umgezogen. Mir fehlen die Worte das man so etwas für Geld überhaupt anbietet. Eigentlich eine bodenlose Frechheit.

Bei Ankunft konnte kaum einer englisch und die Wohnung war nicht zu empfehlen. Das Schlafzimmerbett war 2 geteilt und ist in der Nacht ständig verrutscht das man fast in der Lücke drin gelegen hst. Die Küchengeräte wären gefühlt von 1930 und der Kühlschrank hat nicht wirklich gekühlt

Très bien au niveau extérieur, résidence sécurisée et beaucoup de choses gratuites : chauffage, wifi, parking et le personnel est très aimable et réactif . Le logement est assez grand mais pas de lave-vaisselle, tout petit frigo et cuisine, canapé très bas de gamme, très peu de rangement même pour nos habits, très peu d’équipements en règle générale. Ceci dit, j’ ai eu une très bonne promotion pour cette location donc pour le prix payé c’ est correct.

Das Apartment war sehr mangelhaft es fehlte der Verschluss für die Spüle und der Verschluss vom Waschbecken war auch defekt auch der Abzug im Bad und in der Küche defekt der Rollladen im Zimmer hatte keine Stange also lies sich nicht schließen der Boden und eigentlich alles im Apartment war klebrig mussten zuerst alles putzen in der Toilette fehlte der Halter( man sah die Löcher noch in der Wand wurde einfach zugegipst)vom Toilettenpapier und im Bad fehlten die Aufhänger fast keine Kleiderbügel

Séjour de vacance d’été

Résidence très bien située, au calme, dotée d’une agréable piscine. Les appartements ont tous une « vraie » terrasse. Bémols : pas de climatisation dans les appartements, ce qui est très problématique selon l’orientation du bâtiment, ameublement de qualité à bas prix, ustensiles de cuisine réduits au strict minimum. Ces trois bémols sont en inadéquation avec la classification trois étoiles de la résidence.
