séjour agréable en bord de mer

petite maison trÚs bien conçue avec une chambre sdb par niveau. Située au calme. Un chemin piéton mÚne à la plage. L'équipe à l'accueil est efficace, disponible et sympathique.Un séjour apprécié par tous (mes 2 enfants et moi) . Nous conseillons ce domaine.

Anlage Top, Haus mĂ€ĂŸig

Die Ferienanlage, in der das Haus liegt, ist TOP. Sehre schön, super sauber und gepflegt. Toller, super gepflegter Pool-Bereich. Das Haus selbst war leider eher ungemĂŒtlich und nicht sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der kleine Garten ungepflegt (im Gegensatz zu vielen anderen GĂ€rten in der Anlage). Insgesamt aber eine tolle Urlaubsadresse, weil man ja fast nur draußen ist und der nahegelegene Strand herrlich!

Wir waren zum vierten Mal in der Anlage. Die Anlage war wie immer sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit! Unser Haus war leider nicht ganz so sauber wie erhofft. Leider musste wir eine kleine Grundreinigung durchfĂŒhren.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit!

Die Ferienwohnung war schön und hell und gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten hier sehr schöne 14 Tage in der Nebensaison. Es war daher auch sehr ruhig und wenig los. Leider war der kleine Garten/Terrasse sehr karg und es haben Sonnenliegen gefehlt. Ansonsten war aber alles da und in guten Zustand.

Bel emplacement mais peu de discrĂ©tion, logement poussiĂ©reux mais propre malgrĂ© tout. La literie reste moyenne et peut ĂȘtre Ă  changer. L'Ă©quipement Ă©tait correct par contre le logement n'Ă©tait pas pourvu d'un aspirateur ce qui aurait Ă©tĂ© bien pratique. L'accueil du personnel Ă©tait Ă  la hauteur et bien sympathique. Dommage que la piscine n'est pas Ă©tĂ© en fonctionnement mĂȘme pour un dĂ©but de saison.

Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr charmant gestaltet. Die Unterkunft selbst ließ keine WĂŒnsche offen. Wir hatten SpĂŒlmaschine Waschmaschine eine schöne Terrasse mit Sandkasten, eine Markise etc. Alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die KĂŒche war vollstĂ€ndig komplett und nichts hat gefehlt. Die Rezeption spricht super englisch, wenn es mal mit dem französischen nicht reicht. Einzig der Strand vor der HaustĂŒr ist nicht der schönste. Da haben wir andere StrĂ€nde vorgezogen. Das ist zu verkraften.

Piscine fermée suite au Covid 19 sachant que Interchalet nous a informé que seule la deuxiÚme semaine, la piscine serait fermée. En fait elle était fermée tout court. Pas d'accÚs à la wi-fi comme il a été annoncé au départ sur la description. La mer n'est pas aussi proche que l'on l'annonce. Il faut avoir de bonnes jambes. Dans la location, le parasol était cassé.

RĂ©sidence propre et tranquille

La rĂ©sidence est trĂšs calme, et agrĂ©able. La proximitĂ© de la plage a 5 mn Ă  pied et les commerces accessibles. Dans la location .: Le lit Ă©tait bon (double) par contre l’équipement pour 5/6 est tout Ă  fait inadĂ©quat ... (heureusement la situation nous avait contraint Ă  rester 2 personnes) un emplacement pour lave vaisselle Ă©tait bien la ... mais aucun n’était prĂ©sent ! La batterie de cuisine n’était pas en rapport avec le nombre supposĂ© (6) .. le rĂ©frigĂ©rateur avait un problĂšme de rĂ©gulation ... au rĂ©glage minimum on pouvait pratiquement congeler ses aliments en 2 jours !! Si la location Ă©tait propre, une remarque sur l’état d’au moins 2 plafonds, celui de la chambre et de la salle de bain du bas qui avaient subit des dĂ©gĂąts (humiditĂ© ?) qui gĂąchaient un peu le paysage... Petit point sur la TV !!! Le montant demandĂ© par semaine est abusif (heureusement que nous l’avions pas pris) celle-ci fonctionne d’ailleurs parfaitement sans tĂ©lĂ©commande ! Une Suggestion :passer un accord avec le camping juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© qui dispose d’un rĂ©seau wifi puissant qui est couvre tout le site ( antenne surplombant la rĂ©sidence) et faire plutĂŽt rĂ©gler un supplĂ©ment pour cela (raisonnable) car le wifi gratuit au niveau de l’accueil est certes utile en cas de besoin mais pas trĂšs commode au quotidien .. sinon le personnel est trĂšs aimable .. mais il faudrait simplement signaler les « vrais horaires d’ouverture » qui ne sont pas ceux pratiquĂ©s...ce qui Ă©viterai les attentes inutiles !! Bien sĂ»r la pĂ©riode n’était sans doute pas Ă©vidente mais il aurait suffit d’un peu de vigilance et de bon sens pour donner une image bien meilleure des locations en France !!

Prima huisje voor een weekje bij het strand!

We waren op zoek naar een huisje vlak bij het strand, voor een weekje weg. De Vendee is prima te rijden (900km van Utrecht) en het strand is echt op loopafstand (900 meter). Het huisje zelf is prima. Niet overdreven luxe, maar alle benodigdheden waren aanwezig. Lekker terras met een eettafel en wat ligstoelen. Alles wat we nodig hadden voor een ontspannen weekje. Het park zelf is netjes. Wordt prima bijgehouden en is zeer schoon. Hef feit dat het zwembad gesloten was, wisten we vantevoren.

Je nach Lage des Hauses war die Terrasse nicht einsehbar. Grillen mit offenem Feuer ist nicht mehr erlaubt! (nur mit Strom oder Gas) Sonnenschirme am Pool fehlten. Reisetipps: Gut angelegte Fahrradwege.

Das Haus war zwar fĂŒr 6 Personen ausgerichtet, aber durch 2 Schlafmöglichkeiten auf einer Galerie (Durchgang) nur fĂŒr max 4 Personen empfehlenswert. Das PLUS waren die 2 BĂ€der und 2 sep. Toiletten sowie der sehr große KĂŒhlschrank. Die Einrichtung war zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. Reisetipps: Der sehr schöne Strand direkt vor der HaustĂŒr. Schöne Fahrrad– und Joggingrouten. Auf jeden Fall ein Besuch wert "La Rochelle" (Tagestour ca 130 km einfach)

Reisetipps: Unbedingt nach St.Gilles fahren, tolle Innenstadt und MarktTeilweise nerven z.b. in St.Hilaire die Kirmesmeile,bzw Balletmann AtmosphĂ€re, aber muss man ja nicht hingehen.Die StrĂ€nde sind allerdings traumhaft

Soggiorno estremamente gradevo...

Soggiorno estremamente gradevole. La casa era ben arredata ed accessoriata. Il residence ordinato, pulito e gestito da personale competente e disponibile. Consigli di viaggion: Considerando la vasta rete di piste ciclabili vale la pena noleggiare delle biciclette e visitare i dintorni. Vacanza consigliate a chi ama la natura e la tranquillitĂ .
